I went in for a blood draw and an ultrasound. Both procedures went well, the employees took care to explain to me what was going to happen, the ultrasound doctor explained some details nicely. I went to a standard dermatology consultation, knowing that I have two specialist consultations included in the subscription. I had to pay 190 lei for the device with which the consultation was done (a magnifier for moles). Could the specialist consultation be done without that device? Of course not. How much money does the regina maria corporation make if it can charge a specialized device on the back of each patient? It is not normal for you to stay for 30 minutes to give some analysis and the nurses to sit and tell stories and say that they have something else to do. One could still take over the analyses.

The building is pretty old, at least it's what you can see from the inside. Now talking about the staff. I went there for a problem with some results from a recent test. The doctor didn't ask my anything about the problem i went for. They look at the test results and that was it. 15 minute for ~300 Ron without discovering anything new, for they telling me that they cant help me, that my problem it's too big for them. I went for a consultation and had a pleasant experience. I will definitely recommend. I don't understand why everyone is outraged. Do not go harvesting in this center! Even though I said it usually makes me sick, they still sent someone inexperienced who kept moving the needle in the vein and the collection failed. My husband came in after me and had the same experience. Only after they didn't succeed with me or my husband, they sent someone else and the husband harvested ok, without pain, super fast and easy. I refused. So either ask someone who knows how to come, or choose another center. I find it outrageous that these girls are learning the hard way and on our money and time. This clinic does not deserve even one star. I made an appointment about a month ago for a gastro consultation. The big problem is that she calls you from Bucharest for an appointment anywhere in the country, but she no longer informs you that the doctor is not at the location on the day of the appointment. I had to drive about 60 kilometers to the clinic location and when I got there I found that the doctor is not there and not even a substitute doctor is at this location. I do not recommend at all....
