Ladies from reception helped me with the making my appointment. Dr Raileanu Corina was so professional and kind. Very, very unpleasant experience. I arrived at the clinic and had to leave because I did not have the correct appointment. The lady from the call center entered a different procedure in the system than the one I wanted to do. Time and money lost on taxis. I was scheduled the next day for the correct procedure and I was made to wait 60 minutes in the hallway because the doctor had been sitting for an hour and 30 minutes with a patient in the office. The ladies at the reception are very careless, they think it's normal to wait a long time, to make mistakes in the call center. I did the full check-up with the 'Elite' pack over one day. I'm delighted with the way it was organised. Dana managed everything well, there was no waiting, the medical team was welcoming and the quality of care was up to my expectations. Assistance in English was no problem. I highly recommend it.

In the Baneasa Polyclinic, appointments are not taken into account at all, they wait for 30 minutes.

I am very disappointed. I called for an ophthalmology consultation for my 3-year-old daughter. I specified that he is 3 years old and they said to consult. I get there and the device 0. How to put on that device for adults and a 3-year-old child who will not sit logically. I gave 340 lei for what???for nothing? That the doctor should send me somewhere else where they have more equipment??? when I called for the appointment and specified that he is 3 years old, you should have told me. Subscribers are scheduled in 1-2 months, but with payment you can schedule the next day. Doctors cancel appointments constantly (dermatology appointment made with 2 different doctors, both appointments canceled because the doctor is no longer available, after a month's wait) 😊

I was a little scared when I saw the reviews. I don't know what is with these negative reviews. I was treated impeccably from the moment I walked in the door. The young lady at the reception behaved impeccably, she had a very positive energy. I had an MRI, the first MRI of my life, and although I was very scared, the assistant spoke to me very nicely, explained what was going to happen, treated me with empathy and humanity, and I managed to calm down. A big spike! You enter the practice on a subscription, with 0 costs, and upon exiting you receive an invoice with extra costs. Without being notified. Regina Maria's answer: the patient must know all RM services with the related prices and it is not their duty to notify us in any way. Problems: 1 . The price of the blood tests is communicated to you AFTER you lie down on the bed for collection. I think it was normal to be notified beforehand. 2. The price is communicated in the cabinet where it is collected (I think it is normal to find out at the reception or in another room)

Total lack of professionalism! I made an appointment to go to the vaccine with the child, exorbitant prices 800 Ron a vaccine? When I made the schedule, I listed all the types of vaccination out of 7, the woman scored 2! I don't know prices, I don't know anything at all when I am asked something. What unprepared people

This review is not related to medical services. It is about the behavior of Regina Maria employees. More precisely, the employee who uses the B254RGM car, who after blocking the paid parking spaces for hours, considers it normal to call her insensible, hysterical and sarcastic, when it is pointed out to her that it is not normal to do so. CT done by Stirbu Mihaela, with co-payment, 760 ron, CT conclusions sent by email: pulmonary embolism, the Regina Maria staff does not advise to urgently inform the patient that he must report to the hospital urgently because he can die at any moment... only the money gets.... In 2016, CT done at Meflife, at the moment when the Doctor interpreted the CT where he also saw pulmonary embolism, he put his hand on the phone, called the patient and told him to go to the emergency room a hospital because he is in danger of death. I went for an endoscopy, it was free, being included in the package offered by my employer. I told the doctor that it is the first time I do one. I also asked her if she could recommend something for digestion, I was taking Colebil but I discovered that I am allergic, my whole face and eyes swell, the nurse told me that I can still take Colebil, that it is ok, plus that I- he recommended cheeses and dairy products after I told him that I'm intolerant, he said again that it's ok. as At the end of the consultation I found out that I have to pay 808 Ron. At no time was I informed of the procedures that were going to be performed on me, prices, to be given the right to choose whether I want to have them done there or to find a more convenient option for me financially, he said that he did not have time for that when I went to ask her about the "bill of payment". I have not had any negative experiences. Small schedule delays, but they didn't bother me. I also met medical services provided as if from person to person and not patient service, real consultations with doctor-patient discussions and kind, friendly people. Indeed, no place or person can be perfect. But we can all become perfectible. The only aspect that becomes tiring in the RM system is the request for an identity card, as long as you have a membership card and subscription and active programming or analyzes in progress; some ladies find you quickly after the membership card, others are too shy to try; but I always managed without CI. The reception employees do not know what they are doing. They let you wait between sick people without nececessity. The doctors and nurses were very nice and shocked about their own reception.

5 stars. I was honestly scared when I read the reviews. I did a CT and it was the first time in my life. The girl at the reception (in the basement) is very nice, knowledgeable, and charming; the nurse who took care of me was very nice, communicative; the results received by email from the account are very complete.
