I was warmly welcomed by the lady at the reception until the analysis was collected by nurse Diana. Professionalism and respect for the patient. I recommend it with love!

We arrived 10 minutes before the appointment and it was our turn 35 minutes later. There is room for improvement, including adding a second computer at the reception. The third star is for encouragement. Friendly staff.

Depending on which doctor is on duty or which staff is at the reception on the day of the appointment, the analyzes performed at the patient's request are as the wind blows. If they feel like taking care of you in case of a longer analysis (such as an oral glucose tolerance test), they are available to stay with you for 2 hours / 2 hours and a half as long as it lasts. If they don't feel like it, they cite the reason "that you don't do these analyzes as you want". Dear receptionist - YES. Because I WANTED TO GO TO THE DOCTOR AS WELL as now I wanted to repeat all the analyzes I had done in the past (with the exception of this tolerance for which I did not have time at the original appointment). Just like you can decide at some point to see what happens in your body if, for example, you have had recent diet changes (like I had) and I could do that TTGO today but hey, it was you take care of me there so that I don't do them "for nothing".
