Regenecare Pain Management

I have been dealing with non stop back pain for a few years, have had MRI scans, X-rays, physio, chiropractors and saw a spine specialist. Got an epidural - nothing worked. Went here and doc checked me, did an ultrasound and said he thought it was a muscular issue with my piriformis and a cheap small shot would probably fix it. I really wasn't expecting a result, even considered just leaving as I had seen so many experts before and it seemed too good to be true. I couldn’t recommend this clinic enough. I had a terrible pain due to carpal tunnel syndrome and they took me at very short notice and helped me so much. I can sleep again snd the pain is gone. If I could give DR Gehad 10 stars I would . I had a very bad injury in 22 ( a broken spine). I came to Dr Gehad barely able to walk and suffering severe lower back pain . He was able to identify the source of my pain when other Drs had slipped up and let me "fall threw the net". There is an appropriate plan in place now for my recovery. When I first met Dr Gehad- I had zero quality of life for months up on end. I can not thank Dr Gehad & Dr Rasha enough for their care and compassion . Dr Gehad always listens and tries his best ! My father had both knees treated with stem cell treatment at Regenecare. He was in his mid 80's at the time but fit and healthy (apart from his knees) for his age so we felt it was worth a try before going down the route of surgery. Sadly it didn't make one bit of difference to his pain or mobility (even with the addition of a daily exercise regime). This treatment may be beneficial for younger sufferers who may not have such extensive osteoarthritis and who's cells rejuvenate at a faster rate, but for older patients with more extensive bone / collagen degeneration...I am not convinced. It is very expensive and not covered by your general health insurers. So my advice would be to think carefully before going down this road as it may lead to a lot of money spent and a lot of disappointment afterwards. This may not be the treatment if you have extensive osteoarthritis or similar. My Father went on to have his first full knee replacement at age 87 and it was such a huge success that he's now booked in for his second aged 88. So for anyone worried they're too old or concerned about the actual procedure....there is pain free light at the end of the tunnel! Just trust your gut when choosing your Surgeon (who specialises in knees / hips etc) and go for it.... (Show more)

I had back pain and knee pain for years no one was able to help and pain medications were no good. A friend told me about Dr Gehad and Regenecare pain management clinics. Dr Gehad and all of the staff have been amazing with a people first approach. I got my back treated with injections and have never felt so good. I could move with no pain and stopped all painkillers. Dr Gehad gave me physio exercises for my knee before he started the treatment. Feeling a lot better already and able to move around the house, use the treadmill and no longer wake up during the night with severe pain. Can’t wait for my final knee treatment. Very nice guy. Got both knees treated with stem cell treatment but didn’t work for me. I’m now back to square one requiring surgery. Not convinced that this form of treatment can resolve bone on bone issues with knees.

After almost 6 months of painkillers and physio and various alternative treatments that only helped temporarily I got the right diagnosis from just one visit and was able to walk straight. HSE failed me for many months making me almost crippled and not trying to get to the root of the problem. Dr.Gehad is a brilliant diagnostician. One injection helped me see the light at the end of the tunnel and get almost 60% better in one day. Finding the source of pain should not be that difficult for most consultants, yet I've had various opinions from "lose weight" to "exercise" to something else, and no one was interested or able to pinpoint where the pain was coming from, I wasn't able to lift my leg at times, or sleep much or even drive, quality of life had worsened significantly and walking and moving around was painful and very constrained, I was hunched over most of the time from pain and suffering. I was even using a cane or walker inside the house. After one visit I'm now able to move around unaided at home and am doing things I couldn't do before like put my socks on, or use a crosstrainer. I went to regencare clinic feeling completely lost . I was in so much pain with a pelvic injury with little help on the horizon. A friend of a friend told me about this clinic and I thought sure why not give it a go I had tried everything else before hand and noting worked. They were so helpful and really listened to me. The first thing I notice was how attentive all the staff are. Secondly the relief I got when the Dr Gehad said we will it leave here until we find a way to help your case. Hi my name is Michele from Belfast I suffer really badly with osteoarthritis in every joint, and Disc problems in my lumbar I first saw Dr Gehad 3 yrs ago I got stem cell treatment into shoulders and elbow as I couldn't move left shoulder or arm Amazing never looked back Dr Gehad also does pain management Cortisone injections for nerve pain and Epidural which has helped my nerve pain in my lower back I see him in Dublin but he has recently opened a clinic in South Belfast I'm going to be trying a new treatment called Ozone Therapy which can only be done in America for my Fibromyalgia what it does is it lowers inflammation in the body All Arthritic conditions have inflammation so I'm excited to try this I'm a single woman my lower back was so bad I couldn't get out of bed, and to sit on a chair or sofa I had to hold onto something for support because of the stiffness, I seriously would be lost without Dr Gehads support and professionalism I had to look around as I wasn't getting anywhere with NHS and all they want to do is spinal surgery, I'm a 40 sometjing woman and didn't really want to go down the root of Surgery as I live on my own. Regecare is an outstanding clinic! This clinic is full of kind and friendly staff that make the patients life easier and improve the overall patient experience. I got treated for a shoulder injury due to high level sports. Before being treated, I visited several specialists with no results.
