Regency Dental Practice - Melksham

I have delighted with the results which I have achieved with Invisalign treatment who I had with Dr Keith Garber and lovely Dentist Nurse Leanne at the Regency Clinic .They always welcome me so kind & nice, even I was late to my appointment almost every time . Waow they have been absolutely incredible from day 1 to finish.it took only 6 months to have perfect smile and bite :)) I can not still believe tho Highly recommended. Called the Regency Dental Practice dentist (National Health) 7 Feb 24, that I’ve been with for several years, with a throbbing molar. As it wasn’t too painful, I was asked to call back at 8:30am in order to access the available pain appointments. By 8:30am the following morning, the pain was still there and was getting worse. Called in and was given an afternoon appointment for the following day, 8 Feb 24, then was called back by reception to offer me an earlier cancellation for the same day, 7 Feb 24. The excellent dentist, Becca, assessed my tooth, explaining every step of what she was doing. Partial eruption of the molar meant that it was not going to go back up into the gum, and an x-ray showed signs of infection. I decided that removal of the tooth would be best, as the only alternative was to monitor it. It had already been painful for about a week and a half, so I didn’t see this changing. Dental nurse Casey prepared me for the extraction, gave me the medical waiver to sign, then Rebecca expertly numbed all around the tooth, taking plenty of time for it to start working, also injecting more anaesthetic when necessary. Once fully numbed, the extraction was well done with no complications. The extracted tooth showed signs of infection, so it was the right decision to remove it. Becca then gave me thorough after-care instructions, and Casey even packaged the tooth up in a cute tooth fairy envelope for me to take away with me (made me laugh), and tidied up my face for me. I was booked in as an emergency today in Melksham and saw Becca and Lauren. I cannot thank them both enough for putting me at ease, explaining everything that was happening, being so kind and caring and most of all for taking out my tooth, completely painlessly, that had been causing me absolute agony. I undertook my Invisalign journey with Keith and Leanne and it was the best decision. Keith and Leanne were always incredibly welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable on the process and what was best for me. After the initial round of retainers, we all agreed my teeth could be even better and they organised an additional number of retainers to ensure I was fully happy with the outcome of the treatment. I would highly recommend Keith and Leanne for any Invisalign treatments. All of the reception staff were always attentive, friendly and helpful too.
