Really happy with my experience so far with Doctor Rao. The staff he has there are friendly, warm, knowledgeable and seem genuinely happy to answer any of my questions. They are patient with me and never make me feel rushed or annoying. They also give the impression that they want to help. Doctor Rao is likeable and polite, and comes off expert, precise, and genuine. I am happy with the way I was cared for before, during, and after my procedure and also happy with the results. Dr. Rao and the staff are amazing. They so nice and always happy to answer any questions. I had breast augmentation in May 2021 and i am extremely happy with my results. I'm definitely recommending Dr. Rao and plan to keep coming back for other procedures.

Dr Rao has removed 4 Basal Cell Carcinoma from my face. I was very nervous before the first one, but it turned out fine. About 6 months later another one was found close to my eye. Very Good and professional service

I went in to get a full syringe of lip filler and I could not love it more!! I have gotten filler at other places before and they do not compare to Dr Rao and his team. I love my lips and I barely have any bruising!!! And they look so natural. If you are thinking about getting filler or Botox go here!!! They know what they are doing and are so attentive and kind!! I'm so sadden he said he couldn't help me with a breast lift. Dr. Peter Kay, Who did my lift in 2009 said I could do a lift every 2-5 years. I couldn't afford it back then and now that I can Dr. Rao says it's not an option. Something isn't right. Obviously Ill be looking elsewhere.

I set up a consult via email - the consult was fine- I felt a little rushed - but gave the benefit of doubt that it was because the Dr. really understood what I was looking for. I then went and discussed cost (Thousands of dollars out of pocket) -- I had some questions on scheduling and different quotes and was told I would hear back from the office the following day. A week went by (again giving the benefit of doubt) I had yet to hear back from the office. I called and was immediately hung up on-- figured it was an accident -- called back immediately, and left a voicemail about the information that was supposed to be provided last week. Waited ANOTHER entire week and called the office staff number I was given to call with ANY questions. She answered immediately and asked if she could put me on hold -- I said yes.... waited an entire 10 minutes on hold before hanging up. This is the worst customer service I have received from a private Dr. office. - Based on this experience I have doubts about even scheduling a surgery and ensuring things would be handled. Treats Employees like yesterday trash

How can you confirm an appointment for a patient THREE TIMES over the past FIVE days and then call THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT to cancel??? And then you offer a new appointment a week away! My mother is in PAIN and she needed to be seen but apparently that is of no concern to your clinic. I am absolutely dumbfounded by your LACK OF CONCERN for your patients.... (Show more)
