I used to go to the clinic only because of “Dr. Suhaila Al-Najjar.” May God remember her with goodness, but unfortunately you abandoned her even though her efficiency was high, and her leaving is a loss to you. I hope you return her because it is a gain to you.
The amount of negative comments made me convinced that I would not try this clinic. I don’t know what your role as management is, why you don’t strive to improve the mistakes of your employees and win the customer instead of alienating him.

One of the worst medical staff you will find in Ram Jubail Industrial City. A doctor who is dying for an appointment. He does not speak to you except from the top of his face. Very slow reception and there are only one or two employees who work properly and the rest are educated. Delay in reception is more than waiting at the doctor and it remains one of the worst clinics in terms of dealing, delay and mistreatment.
