Good morning, Attention ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ This institute is not honest, for several months I have been trying to contact them to be able to have an appointment (knowing that I have already paid all my monthly payments with them). They don't answer emails or phone calls. I strongly advise against it.

Extremely disappointed by my depiltech experience, 10 armpit sessions carried out, 8 Half-leg sessions with respect to the instructions (hydration scrub no exposure to the sun etc.) and the hairs grow back, finer of course but for the price, it is unacceptable. Do not recommend! Very disappointed by the rest of the service... the beginnings at the center of Toulouse went well until the closure of the center of Toulouse: no communication sent from the center, stopping of the protocol against my will, and at the request from after-sales service, customers must contact the Tournefeuille center (I am in the city center of Toulouse, I specify) in January 2024 to have the next appointments, this is not normal. I should also point out that I started my service in January 2023, and it was supposed to end at the beginning of February 2024, ultimately end of the protocol shifted to mid-May 2024 when I had already scheduled a trip to the sun in April.. Extremely disappointed for many reasons. First of all, I had to come back several times to reschedule my session because the employee was a man, but I didn't want a man to see me naked (swimsuit)...I was never informed of the change of beautician. In addition, the city center site has closed...the site on which we will be seen again is that of Tournefeuille..which currently does not offer us any slots...for 2 months now... Despite my calls and requests, I have not been contacted again.... I still have a few sessions to do and I am worried about the deadline between sessions which will not be respected...... The Depil Tech center on rue de Metz has moved to Tournefeuille. It's almost impossible to make an appointment because all the slots are taken and all the practitioners have resigned so there is only one person who manages absolutely everything!! This is a very bad organization and the results are not at all definitive! The delay in planning causes a delay in the hair cycle and there is absolutely no monitoring of the treatment of clients on a case-by-case basis.... (Show more)

Closed center, hair removal not done because it was impossible to have an appointment and the samples still took place...

The protocol was quite effective on me and I still had one touch-up session left. The establishment postponed my session and when I showed up at the new slot indicated, the center was closed. I have since tried to contact them numerous times by email/phone, with no response. I guess they closed permanently. If I personally did well because I was able to perform almost all of the services I paid for, it is not the same for everyone, including a friend who has 4 sessions and 350th left debited recently. I did my 6 bikini sessions and the result is not bad, however I still have two additional sessions to remove residue. I've been trying to make an appointment for three weeks and I haven't had a response by email or phone, which is very unprofessional. Quite disappointed.

Hair removal not as permanent as expected. A few months after the end of the treatment the hairs grow back, although a little less numerous but they still require as much attention as before. Given the price I regret this investment.

Update on my experience: I performed a pulsed light hair removal treatment for the armpit area, I finished the 6 sessions and it is ineffective, see the photo of my result today (only 4 days after waxing), To summarize: I have as much hair as before. I did not request a refund following this treatment. Furthermore, I advanced the costs for another zone, but the center was unable to provide the service, and has still not reimbursed me for almost 3 years. I deplore the lack of responsiveness of the center, it is almost impossible to get reimbursed. Pulsed light is rubbish, in my experience, it was of no use. I regret having used this center. Almost 4 years ago I started sessions at Depiltech for hair removal of the bikini line, half legs and armpits. I am quite happy with the results obtained, as well as the support. But maybe I didn't arrive at the right time... In fact, I had appointments during the confinements which were suddenly skipped and I found myself with a protocol that was not really respected.... I was promised (orally) that I would be offered the sessions I needed to get rid of my hair growth but at my last appointment, the person (who I had never seen before) told me said it was my last appointment, that I had already been offered enough. Moreover, while the time before I had been asked to shave well every two days at the bikini line, she told me that she would only do the half legs and the bikini line so I could no longer have sessions... So I wrote an email to claim my dues but to date I have not had a response.... I'm ultimately disappointed with the customer service.... (Show more)
