Borderline negligent dentist and the cleanliness and level of hygiene by staff questionable. Had severe toothache on a Sunday afternoon and after calling multiple clinics was able to get an emergency appointment at Radiant Smiles. I had recently been to my own dentist and was aware of a small cavity in my wisdom tooth but also a potential requirement for a root canal treatment in another tooth in the near future, both of which I explained to the dentist at Radiant Smiles. He took a two second look, then had me take an xray, and within a couple of minutes told me my wisdom tooth was infected and offered to remove it on the spot. Thankfully, despite the acute pain, I wasnβt comfortable enough to have such a procedure done at this particular clinic, so took the painkillers prescribed and booked an appointment with my usual dentist for the following week. After thorough checks, a transfer of the xray done on the Sunday and another scan done by my dentist, they determined no sign of infection in the wisdom tooth whatsoever and the cause of the pain was indeed the tooth requiring root canal treatment. I was recommended Radiant Smiles Dental Care for a first step process of root canal by my friend Bennet. It turned out to be one of the best experiences I've had. I was welcomed by the wonderful Mel who verified my details and handled the payment process. Also, Dr. Shalaka was incredibly kind and took the time to explain all the essential details regarding the procedure. Reception staff are super friendly and professional. Clinic is very tidy and presentable. Dr David is an amazing dentist very kind and gentle. I couldnβt recommend this place enough. Iβve had a good experience every time Iβve been here.
old school dentistry just like medieval times in short these people are butchers ! they have permanently damaged my daughters teeth and unfortunately we can't take legal action because we can't prove it ! Avoid this place like the plague ## EDIT 9th February ## of course you won't find her name if she has a different surname.. that's what happens when you get married.. duh in light of the damage she absolutely refuses to return to your practice and doesn't want any further harassment from your practice by revealing her name privacy is a big issue these days which is why she asked me to post the review the review stays... A great service, I needed an implant to replace a crowned front tooth where the root had cracked. Other Dentists, where unable to give a definitive cost of the entire procedure. With Radiant Smiles they do everything on site, and so are able to give you a quote for the entire procedure. They did a brilliant job. Don't go anywhere else.... (Show more)
I would like to share how wonderful Radiant Smiles Dental Care was for me. I was in desperate pain, needing help for a horrible toothache requiring a root canal. From the moment I initially rang them, to having them fit me in to see a dentist quickly and then the expert care, advice and help they gave me was simply amazing. Once there, realising I needed further specialised Endodontics support, they made the referral and set up the appointment as soon as possible for me. Not only was Dr Preet very professional, kind and helpful in her examination, the dental nurse (I'm sorry I didnt get your name) and the reception ladies Mel and Sara were also extraordinarily kind, compassionate and ever so helpful with setting me up with the appointment with the specialist. Being away from home on holiday especially the other side of the world the last thing you want is to crack a tooth especially a couple of days before Christmas. Found Radiant Smiles Dental Care on the internet and that evening I had an appointment arranged for the following morning to sort out my tooth. Staff were very friendly and helpful and before I left the surgery I had already received an email with all the paperwork needed to make a claim through my travel insurance. The dentist (David) was so calm and he and the staff relaxed me as soon as I came into the room. I was a very nervous wreck and they did everything to make me feel that it was ok to feel like I did. After not stepping into a dentist room for over 20 years ...David and crew did so well in accepting my fears and not judging me.. Thank you so much David and staff. Amazing dentists! I called as a new patient after cracking a tooth in half and they fit me in the same day. I ended up with an emergency root canal and had zero pain after this. I then have had a consultation with Dr Justin who has performed a procedure to extract and replace the tooth with an implant. The whole process has been professional and compassionate. I was in desperate need of a new bottom denture as my previous denture from another dentist hurt so much I couldn't wear them. So I contacted these guys after reading other reviews. Dr Anand Ponnusamy looked after me from start to finish. The time, effort & care taken to ensure these fit correctly & don't hurt, I'm so grateful I can eat properly again. Dr David is gentle, quietly spoken & professional. He has restored my faith in Dentists. I had 2 wisdom teeth out & a crown on my front upper tooth. I am so pleased with the results. The different nursing staff I have encountered in my 3 visits so far, we're all very professional & caring. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful too.
