My experience with Qualy-Dent has been outrageous and completely unacceptable. I would have expected a dental practice that calls itself "QUALIty" to prioritize the needs and satisfaction of its patients. Instead, however, I encountered a facility that seemed to make no effort to appease disgruntled patients or truly address their concerns. There is a complete lack of a patient-centered attitude, which is essential in health services. The biggest disappointment was that the practice lied to me without batting an eye, just to get a few thousand forints more. They claimed that certain products were exclusive to them and were more expensive elsewhere, which a quick Google search proved to be false. This type of misleading practice is not only unethical, but also undermines the trust of patients and casts doubt on the quality of any further services and treatments they provide. Qualy-Dent's prioritization of profit maximization over the quality and integrity of patient care is unacceptable. A health care provider is expected to communicate honestly and transparently and to put the well-being of patients first and foremost. In summary, the attitude and practice experienced at Qualy-Dent is far from quality, patient-centered care. I strongly doubt that the practice would be able to provide any level of "QUALIty" service if the most important basics such as honesty, transparency and patient satisfaction are completely missing. I do not recommend this place to anyone! The mercenary doctor and the assistant behave outrageously rudely! In addition to all this, I am not at all satisfied with the work of Dr. Zsoldos!

A great dentist! Gentle, compassionate, and affordable. I had been told I'd need a failed root canal extracted at another dentist in Buda, but Qualy-Dent was able to save the tooth and got me feeling MUCH better after just one visit. The office is central and easy to access. I'd recommend them to anybody who's afraid of the dentist - like me.... (Show more)

I was with Dr. Alexandra Bodor. They are really very friendly, including the reception, the assistant and the doctor. It saved my root-treated tooth, and I haven't had any problems with it since. Finally someone you can trust and even kind.

Professional, fast, comprehensive service. Due to its location in the city center, it is better to use public transport to get there. Unaffordable prices compared to a private practice

My first and probably last time here. The assistant (?) spoke to me like a rag, his style was very hurtful. I understand that I was probably the 78th person that day, but I need to polish my tone a bit. I feel that I did not receive adequate information about exactly what treatments will be needed, at what pace they will be done, and approximately how much each session will cost. I'm terrified of dentistry, I've said this several times, which is why it would have been important for me to know exactly how to start, what the process would be, if treatment were to take place. I did not receive satisfactory answers to my questions. I was the last patient that day, I felt like I was just a nuisance. The doctor seemed likeable anyway, but the assistant's "nice" welcome took my mind off the whole thing.... (Show more)

Although it was my first time visiting them, I got an appointment quickly, despite the fact that the evening hours were suitable for me and they were very helpful, during the treatment I was informed about further possibilities.

I recommend this place to everyone. Thanks to the people working here, my fear of the dentist has disappeared. Thank you for your kindness, patience and attention! :)

I was 100% satisfied with the dentist's work, of course, I could not professionally test the care, as I am not a dentist. HOWEVER, all the other services that make people go to a private dentist are missing from this place. After root treatment-related cleaning and temporary coverage, the payment arrived (of course, the card terminal was not working, I was warned about this in advance). I did not receive an invoice or a receipt about the composition and distribution of the treatment fee, nor even an orphan note that would reveal how much it cost... When making an appointment for the tooth filling, they couldn't give me an appointment because 2:30 p.m. didn't suit me, since I work until 4:00 p.m. A possible 16:30 appointment was not acceptable to them, because the dates in their calendar would not have coincided... they suggested that I call in 2 weeks, then they will see if I can fit in somewhere... this is a bit ridiculous (or rather outrageous?!) i keep So I head to the internet, where I hope to search for a new dentist, hoping to forget the experience here as soon as possible.... I visited you for teeth whitening and I was completely satisfied with both the treatment and the careful, thorough care that suggests good expertise. Precise work, kindness and a polite attitude were received. I can fully recommend it!
