Went through all the trouble and got a day off to visit the clinic just to know the doctor left before we arrived. Receiving call from nurse while we are at the clinic to get notified to postpone the appointment. So not professional. Should have informed in advance. People go through so much inconvenience to get here. I hope this can be managed professionally in future. Not worth it... (Show more)
I have been this place for 3times, and seriously I go to the clinic because I FEEL SICK. I admit I went to clinics 10times a year and it was a bit too much, but this is because I got a fever and cold many times this year, and got skin infection, menstrual pain. I never used the clinic only for getting MC. However, the doctor said like I went to the clinic too much, and I USED clinic too much EVEN THOUGH I AM JAPANESE and SHE WILL NEVER GIVE ME MC ANYMORE. I've felt like insulted and sad. I was treated like a liar and it is a kinda racial discrimination based on a stereotype. How can she say such a thing to the patient who is struggling alone in a foreign country with some depression symptoms? I will never go to this place and don't recommend here.... (Show more)

I bring my auntie over here for booster shot on 8/2/2022 and they said will manually upload the vaccination. Until now doesn't do anything and went to world trade centre for help which turn out the batch never been registered into the system. Goodbye and this will be my last time here.
