The staff who answering calls is so rude. She refuse to listen to the customer, keep forcing customer to agree to her. She not even get my name or contact when making appointment. Only trying to make appointment for the first visit and I encounter this. Definitely will blacklist this dental clinic.

Dr Amanda and her staff are really patient and professional during my visits to the clinic. The procedures are always explained clearly and making sure that I understood them before they were being carried out. Highly recommended clinic to visit.

Dr Amanda Lim is a caring dentist who is very efficient and brilliantly provides the results for good dental health for my family and myself. Also always seeks to explain the procedures which she would be carrying out.

I decided to finally do this review as I’m fed up with all the waiting time. I get a reminder call to be on time, and the dentist ends up being at least half an hour late each time. I’m only coming back as my Invisalign case is here.

Used to be my go to dental clinic, until their service and waiting time got pretty out of hand. Was on time for my appointment and was told to wait, after about 45 minutes of waiting the nurses still couldn’t give me a definite time of when is my turn. The nurse and the front desk is the same person and hence she was away most of the time. Ended up having to cancel and postpone to another day as the waiting time exceeded an hour and I was using my lunch break for this appointment. Didn’t go back to the clinic ever since. My dad decided to still give them a chance and went for an appointment today. Waited for an hour for his turn from 4pm, an hour of waiting later, the dentist who was supposed to see him REJECTED him saying that because he is not his regular patient, thus he is unsure of how to clean. That’s a first I heard from a dentist. In short, only visit them if you have time to spare and willing to wait long hours for your turn. Hopefully they don’t turn you away.... (Show more)

My daughter had the worst experience with Dr Amanda Lim today. The session was meant to be just extraction of baby tooth, my daughter ended up crying. Dr Amanda Lim went on without explaining her procedure to remove claimed decaying portion of the tooth after the removal of baby tooth. As parents we are not aware of the procedure and as my daughter protested and cry, Dr Amanda raised her voice continuously telling my daughter to remain calm. I do not understand why the need to proceed with a procedure without explanation and approval. This is unacceptable. I will not recommend any child to come to this clinic. My child is only in P2, how would raising the voice and demanding calmness help?... (Show more)

Just completed the preventive dental care by Doctor Lim and her assistant. Great thorough maintenance. Efficient service from making a booking yesterday, punctual for the appointment, registration and service.

Fav dentist new place at Bishan. Reasonable pricing, caring dentists. The place is huge, clean and nice. Sheltered all the way from Bishan MRT station, makes it very convi.

Very satisfied with my first experience at the dental clinic. Dr Lee give professional advice as it has been years since I visit a Dentist. Both the doctor do follow up with my teeth conditions after my filling, in case of any pain or uneasiness. Will definitely recommend people to try their service, especially Dr Lee.... (Show more)

Office is nice. Dentist and assistant were pleasant but “consult”, scaling, polishing, and fluoride application took all of 10 mins. Doesn’t seem that thorough. Every other dentist I’ve been to, the same service is at least 30; no extra work was required in the past nor were those providers slow.

Prices quoted and prices charged are different. The difference is $35. Also prices charged differs from poster displayed at the entrance. Staff said dr amanda lim will return my call. But up to date, 3 weeks already, there is no call from the doctor
