Beauty Therapist: Has been in the beauty industry for 19 years; qualifying from Dundee College in 1995 with City and Guilds Beauty Therapy and Electrical Epilation. After work experience at a health farm Jennifer knew she would prefer working in beauty salons, where she could still give relaxing treatments but could build up relationships with her clients.
Very friendly and welcoming. My appointment was with Ashley and can't say anything bad. She is lovely.
I went here to get my gel nails taken off, it was not a good experience. I’m not even going to write about the lady’s work but more so the price, I paid £25 for gel take off in DUNDEE! That’s ridiculous! I usually get mine done in Manchester City centre for £10 and they also shape my nails and do my cuticles and finish it off with oil and moisturiser but I got nothing at pure beauty. I didn’t know the price beforehand and I was honestly gob smacked to say the least! £25 for what?! Terrible experience.... (Show more)

Had a really nice experience at this place. Very welcoming and impressed with the attention to detail from my beauty therapist.
This is my favourite go to place, for treatments that always relax body and mind. Jolanta is excellent giving high quality treatments to perfection. Customer care is faultless.
Great customer service. Had my back waxed for the first time, but as much as it hurt, Jolanta was very quick with it and made me feel relaxed. I also got reflexology, which I found to be both interesting and very relaxing. Would definitely recommend and will return for more services.
As this was my first waxing experience my nerves were already pretty high, but I quickly felt comfortable being in the salon today. Great service from the owner Jennifer.

Another excellent experience! Jennifer makes me feel so welcome and relaxed every time I visit the salon, my treatment appointments are always a highlight of a busy day or week at work. Jen is a perfectionist and does a second to none job no matter what treatment I’m booked in for I know I’ll always be delighted with the results. I've been using Pure Beauty's services for about a year now and have always been satisfied with the job they do. I'm particularly happy with their attention to detail and good quality products. I always go for a bikini wax there and although this is a rather sensitive area, they manage to do it so quickly and efficiently that I barely feel a thing. My skin feels really good after, I've never had a reaction to the products they use, bruising, rashes or ingrowns. I would definitely recommend!... (Show more)

First time getting a Bikini wax (Lycon wax)...... as you can imagine was very nervous. Jola made me feel very relaxed and was very patient. Tbh wasnt nearly as bad as I thought it would be. Will definitely go back and would highly recommend this place.
First time here having a intimate wax which I'm always very anxious of. However (sorry forgot u name) therapist was very professional and friendly made me feel relaxed. Even gave me an extra 10 mins for additional treatment which was good saved me going elsewhere. Would higy recommend this place. My only negative is that the signage wasnt very visable if you dont know this area well it's not easy to spot on this busy road as it is part of what you would think is a house not a shop.
