I feel satisfied with the service at Profira all the staff are very friendly and attentive. private room, clean, felt safe because before treatment you were required to have an antigen swab first.

I was charged a doctor's consultation fee for 2 people, a total of 250k, which would be deducted from the treatment fee if the action was to be carried out. When the treatment was finished on a different day, the front desk was not willing to give a discount if the consul fee receipt was not brought (it was not explained why the CM was answered "oh I can't..." & even taking photos was not allowed) so he went home to take it. Working with customers when they're far away or on holiday with limited time is a bad experience. If you're making an archive, you can print photos/there's a red archive (where's the management?!) Well, if you throw away 250k, it'll feel like you've been knocked over by Provinra, right?... (Show more)
