Maybe the doctors in the facility are ok, but the reception desk would definitely require some humility. A lady in natural blonde, slim, long hair - arrogant. I also work with people and I cannot imagine that the receptionist of such a renowned facility - where I leave a lot of money - would be unruly towards the patient and show his dissatisfaction when he asks a question about the visit. And when answering a patient's question, he quotes "but is there a problem?" This is a bit unbecoming of the reception staff and has a negative impact on the image of the facility. *I would like to point out that for the lady at the registration desk I was normal... I was 5 minutes late for my appointment - which is nothing, considering the average waiting time for visits to various doctors. Just out of politeness, I decided to call to inform about this delay. I was even more surprised when the lady at the reception said that the doctor was in a hurry and couldn't see me. Exactly 7 minutes after the start of the visit, I was standing at the reception and I was sent home, so I went there completely for nothing. Ultrasound of the cephalic arteries by Dr. Basałaj was performed in a fully professional manner, everything was explained during the visit, the doctor was very nice with a nice approach. A visit to a cardiologist prof. I also recommend Doroszko. He refers the patient for additional tests, conducts a full interview with the patient, and tries to help find the cause, even though he is outside his specialization. I went to two doctors for two different issues, and the third time was my wife and child - it was professional, quick and to the point. The ultrasound was done efficiently and stress-free, specialist consultation on time, good atmosphere, accurate treatment. On the website, the clinic emphasizes that they specialize in the treatment of tetany, so we made an appointment with this in mind. Driving 150 km especially to the clinic in the hope that we will learn something that will help us better fight this nasty disease. I do not recommend doctor Patryk Pozowski, who conducts ultrasound examinations. I came with pains in the abdominal cavity, many other symptoms that have been bothering me for 2 years... As it turned out, the diseases that I have are chronic, about which I know for 100%, I do not have them. And I came to the appointment with pain. He said that I was fine. Conclusion: either the doctor is not a doctor, or the device should be thrown away. Because I did not receive help. There is nothing to go to the gastroenterologist for treatment. I had to go there for many of my issues with health and always I was treated with respect, this is not a clinic where the doctor treats you like easy money, but sits with you for a whole hour talking about the health issues

A great facility, from the very entrance the ladies at the reception were very nice and smiling, which is something you don't find everywhere. Additionally, I found a great doctor and finally found my dermatologist - knowledge, interest in the patient and help 10/10. I am very satisfied and will definitely make further visits;))))... The worst customer service We booked an appointment at 19:10, at this time there were two slots available - 19:20 & 19:40. We booked 19:40 and got on our way to be at the clinic on time. When we were there parking at 19:40 I’ve got a call from the clinic that doctor was not there and they don’t know how I’ve manage to book a visit. I don’t know why it was so hard to call right away and don’t make a sick person to go all the way there for nothing. No compassion to the people at all on top of a mess with the system and visits.... I made an appointment for an ultrasound for PLN 190, the invoice includes an internist's consultation with ultrasound for PLN 200.

Stylish, beautiful, polite ladies at the reception, polite nurse and doctor, appointments on time. The doctor has prescribed treatment and further actions, I hope it will help. The real rating is 4.5, but I’m giving 5 stars in advance because... there was no water for clients; usually the clinics I had been to before have it, because when waiting in the hallway or nervous before an appointment, you often feel thirsty.... I recommend this clinic 100%. Approach to the patient at the highest level! Starting with the initial service - the reception ladies were very helpful, friendly and always smiling :) Fantastic atmosphere from the very entrance. I'm very glad I found you :)
