Prof. Dr. Ebru Ayvazoğlu Soy

I graduated from TED Ankara College in 1998 and from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 2005. I completed my General Surgery residency at Başkent University in 2012. Between 2012–2014, I fulfilled my compulsory state service at Muş State Hospital. In January 2014, I started at Başkent University as a General Surgery specialist; I became an Assistant Professor in 2017 and an Associate Professor in 2019. I continued my academic position there until November 2022, teaching both undergraduate and graduate courses. Since November 2022, I have been working within the Acıbadem–Bayındır Health Group. In February 2023, I joined Ankara Medipol University, Department of General Surgery, as an Associate Professor, and as of November 2024, I hold the title of Professor. In addition to memberships in national and international associations, I have nearly one hundred articles published in international journals with around 500 citations, more than two hundred conference papers, and several book chapters.
