Contact this institution to change the crown. I asked to see if all the other crowns are good, without any other symptoms, all the teeth were treated, only one crown had to be replaced. The doctor does not explain any process and offers pain relief, I am surprised and ask for an explanation, he explains. Makes molds and covers my stump with a temporary crown - it takes off in 2 hours! A week later, he puts in a new crown, which he inserts obviously crookedly and begins to burn it in my mouth, and he also saws the upper crown to fit what did not fit. I say enough! Because the incomprehensible manipulations with my healthy teeth are unclear to what they can lead. And I say that I will wait a week, maybe I will get used to it or I will understand where it is bothering me. After 2 weeks, I ask for a consultation with the manager - they are sawing again. Everything is awry again. And I say again that I will come back in a week, because they emphasize that it is not necessary, and then what to do? The upper tooth starts to hurt, I turn to other specialists, who immediately see the problem and solve it. I call before the scheduled 3rd visit and say that the problem is solved and can we make a mold for another crown within the framework of the planned visit. The administrator asks the doctor, and he agrees, I come in 2 hours, she puts me in a chair, asks me if I really want to do what I called about, I answer yes. And then she says - I don't do that, the lady has to sign up again. The installation of the crown was paid 750 zlotys out of the fund, I also paid 200 zlotys to another specialist so that he could fix the whole mess. Tragedy, I came in with a toothache, the doctor said everything was fine, she gave me another one. After a month, I went to another dentist and it turned out that I had a root canal because the entire tooth was clogged. I don't recommend it, not only are the prices sky high, it's a terrible job.

A friend recommended ProDentis s.c. to me. I made an appointment to have the problematic wisdom tooth removed. Dr. Andrzej Baranowski is a professional, nice with a unique sense of humor :) Despite a major problem related to the position of the tooth, the extraction was successful. Administering anesthesia took longer than getting rid of the problem. There were no stitches required. The assistants were very polite and made sure I felt comfortable. I sincerely recommend it. A quick appointment for an emergency situation (chipped, several-year-old filling hurting the tongue), an express appointment for a photo. Very nice and professional staff, both for private visits and those for the National Health Fund. A very carefully performed scaling service in a pleasant atmosphere. The office is also friendly to a child in a wheelchair. Thanks to the atmosphere and staff, my daughter is not afraid of the dentist or anesthesia when it is indicated. I also recommend the orthodontist, who very factually explained the complexity of our daughter's malocclusion and referred her to an oral surgeon for further consultation. He explained the futility of orthodontic treatment with fixed appliances without prior maxillofacial surgery, which not only saved my daughter from treatment that would not bring the expected results in her case, but also did not expose us to costs before a possible surgery. Reliability, nice atmosphere. We both feel well taken care of dentally here. Doctor Sylwia Orzeszek is the best dentist in town! Her perfection puts many dentists to shame, and her accuracy and meticulousness satisfy every patient.

A month and a half of waiting for an appointment. Then, the day before the scheduled appointment, the lady calls and says that the doctor won't be there and I suggest another appointment in a month. So I have to wait two and a half months for an appointment. Thank you. I do not recommend

I highly recommend, especially the services of Dr. Daria Kwaśniak and Mrs. Elżbieta. They do their work professionally and carefully, and are very nice and polite. Dr. During my visit, Andrzej Baranowski stated that the wisdom tooth extraction procedure cannot be performed on an outpatient basis, which was justified during my visit only by the fact that this was his decision and he would not perform the procedure. However, if I want, I can go to ul. Krakowska, for the purpose of testing in hospital conditions. Other facilities offering the service privately, the cost of which would be higher, indicated their willingness to undertake the procedure without any problems. However, I decided to visit Prodentis, taking advantage of the possibility of providing services under the National Health Fund. Unfortunately, as you can see, the public health service is governed by different laws and statements. I tried to obtain written reasons for the decision, but my requests were rejected. I would like to point out that I agree with previous comments about the quality of treatment in this facility under the National Health Fund - they will perform a simple procedure and send you back with another one. My son and I had a preventive examination at the dentist + tartar removal as part of the NFZ. We made an appointment by phone in advance, terms were available next week. A few days later the receptionist called back and asked if we would come for the appointment. The dentist saw me at the reserved time. Hygieneization consisted of ultrasonic removal of tartar, polishing with paste and varnishing of teeth. The clinic itself is small, with a neat interior. I wholeheartedly recommend it, the whole family goes there, the child had his baby teeth removed and the cavity was made, I am very pleased, the doctor has a great approach to children. After yesterday and today's visit, I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Marcharyte, she explained very well what needed to be done. I came in after 3 days of trauma with painful 7th and 8th knees so that they were prepared for further treatment in a gentle and professional manner, the pain went away like a hand, today the treatment of the 6th and 6th knees was painless and full of professionalism.
