Bad place, the worst gastric clinic in Belém. Do it anywhere else. I recommend those from Admiral Barroso... The proctogastro is horrible!! 4 hours waiting to have an endoscopy, in addition to terrible service.

Upon arriving at Procto e gastro, I found a clean, organized place, easily accessible and even though it was raining heavily - typical of the region in the afternoon, I managed to get to reception without getting wet, given the access to the parking lot has a coverage in front of the side entrance door to the reception. This caught my attention, as it demonstrates care and respect for patients with comorbidities who require an accessible structure. I then arrived at the reception, where I received great treatment from Ms. Carmen, not to mention her friendliness and smile on her face, as well as her generosity and proactiveness when dealing with patients awaiting care. Furthermore, I cannot help but give some praise to the wonderful Dr. Lander Torres, an excellent gastrosurgeon! He received me with unique treatment, compared to other gastros who had treated me in different cities, largely humanized and sensitive, with a lot of attention and affection towards my complaints. Furthermore, the aforementioned doctor had the sensitivity to analyze some laboratory tests that I took, as well as suggest tests and guide me in certain behaviors and medications in order to resolve the complaints about my digestive tract. Finally, I recommend that everyone who needs care and/or treatment regarding digestive system to go to the Procto and gastro clinic and be seen by Dr. Lander Torres, so that everyone can have the experience of having dignified, humane and quality care like mine!... Terrible attendance. There is a lack of cordiality and respect towards the fasting patient. Endoscopy exam scheduled at 8:00 and until 10 without taking place. Clinic parking more expensive than shopping malls (R$10 per hour or fraction thereof). They take a long time. Flee!

Lots of disorganization. I needed an appointment with gastro, I arrived early and was the first, but as I was accompanying my wife who would have an endoscopy in another department, I asked them to notify me when the doctor arrived and they told me they would do it. They forgot... when they called me I was the fifth and I would have to wait and leave my wife alone in the recovery room... I gave it another chance, I went for an endoscopy today and they couldn't puncture my vein with three nursing technicians in the room . Were they learning???? All in all, it wasn't a good experience.... (Show more)
