I accompanied my loved one to a consultation and procedure with Dr. Paskova. I was appalled by the attitude, which I can put mildly as indecent, and to be honest disgraceful and disgusting. I leave aside the part about the consultation not starting at the appointed time. I'm also ignoring the fact that the ladies at the front desk acted as if someone had just grabbed them off the street and thrown them behind the desk with the instruction "Get well". And yet - maybe another patient is late, messing up everyone else's schedule, maybe one receptionist has a wild cat that's been on a rampage all night and hasn't slept, and the other one spilled coffee right before we walked in. It is also possible that Derma Vita simply does not care about the first impression of the patients, in the face of the aforementioned ladies. However, I am a tolerant person and do not attribute ill intent to what could be explained as simple unprofessionalism and I accepted these elements of the visit with a smile. Where I "draw the line" is the doctor's careless and reckless behavior. First, the consultation started in the reception in front of the other patients, which I definitely did not like. The questioning continued in the office and Dr. Paskova ignored all questions and concerns, commenting only on what she wanted in Dr. House style. Many of the epithets that the friend uses are not typical of other doctors in this field - let's say that everyone has their own style, and Dr. Paskova's is definitely picturesque and if I may add more street than the one she chooses. when he's in Coffee at the Gala. And even if I ignore everything listed up to now, which would make me dumb rather than tolerant and open-minded, the fact is that in the end the procedure itself was done in an unnecessarily painful and traumatic way. I strongly do NOT recommend! I took my mother to the infamous dr. PASKOVA hoping for competence from the numerous advertisements for lip fillers. Not only did the doctor rudely tell my mother that she was, quote, "fat" and that nothing would work, but she proceeded to put the filler in anyway. My mom wanted something light and pretty as an effect and it really made her lips look like a duck!!! The attitude and manner is extremely disrespectful, as if she is a vegetable vendor in the market! My mother's filler was placed poorly, unevenly and the result is numerous lumps in the lips, huge swellings. A filler that is placed even between the lip and the chin. It is zig-zag perforated and hastily sent out of the office. The price of the filler was indicated to be BGN 300, even though it was supposed to be only for a consultation, and in the end the price was BGN 500 + trauma and disfigured lips! I am extremely outraged, how he can allow himself to define and rough up his patients, who came with the idea that they are seeing a "specialist" with the words "fat" and "cheeky", and to top it off, say how the procedure will not work, and despite to do it! Well, dear "doctor" Paskova, if it doesn't work - don't do it, another doctor might be capable enough to do it! I refrained for a while to write my comment, but seeing the result and the fact that we had to visit other specialists to ascertain and correct Dr. Paskova's work, made me speak my mind! Ever since I was a small child, I have always been taken to Dr. Paskova when I have a complaint. I used to get rashes from all sorts of things, and I also struggled with acne during puberty. I also used to get weird rashes and red spots on my skin from stress. At my last visit, Dr. Paskova was so responsive and kind to me, she recognized the complaint I had gone for without a problem. And this time I had another strange rash, due to stress and food, but also dry skin. Disgusting! Very misleading advertisement from the "very lovely blogger"! When it's time to make an appointment, they sign you in to another dermatologist, explaining that their main exam lady didn't do "vampire lifts" but only fillers, even though that's what they advertised and showed her doing. They touched my face with unwashed, cigarette-smelling hands! They didn't see elementary demodex, and when asked if it could be him, they said "no, it's just adult acne" (I'm 26), there's no need for any research. Of course, they prescribed procedures for (!) BGN 6,000. And an expensive cream, which in 6 months worsened the situation so much that I had to look for a new professional dermatologist.... (Show more)

I visited the Vita Clinic to have a colonoscopy in early July 2023. My father had a colon cancer at 63 so I had to take this examination quickly to make sure everything is ok. I chose this clinic in Sofia because of its good reputation given by local people. Upon my arrival, I was very well received by the medical staff. Then I could quickly take the different pre-coloscopy tests (blood test, X-ray pictures,...) without queueing during hours. I noticed that the communication between the differents medical units are very good because each unit knew my name upon my arrival at the unit and the reason of the test. The premises are clean. The only doctor who prescribed tests after a thorough examination and only after this treatment was Dr. Paskova. I thank her from the bottom of my heart. Everyone is very responsive. I visited the Clinic in March. The consultation with Dr. Paskova was 10 minutes, for BGN 70. I was interested in placing fillers above the upper lip. I only got: "no, it can't". No alternative offers, completed, waiting for the next client. Yes, a client, not a patient.

Unprofessional dismissive attitude on the part of Dr. Paskova. He received me 30 minutes late in a not very good mood. The "review" took place through guesswork - assumptions and conjectures that do not correspond to the truth. After the "examination" I waited in the office for another 30 minutes, while she was with another patient in the next room and, in no hurry, was talking to herself and did not tell me when my procedure would actually start. I would not recommend the clinic to anyone, as not only was I disappointed with the attitude of the staff, but I also cannot trust such a type of "specialist" who mostly makes mistakes. D-r Paskova is a magician who gently put focus on your beauty and make you look like you are 25 again and nobody around can suggest you had an aesthetic procedure.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed with my four day stay at your hotel. We ate at the restaurant. One night the wine had a cork and was oxidized. The other evening we ordered a salad (Nevrokopska), which was written 580 on the menu. They brought us a salad that was no more than 300-350g. Come on, we've forgiven that too. We went to relax, not to get on our nerves. But what happened to us when we left the hotel. When consumed for BGN 216. for these days, the restaurant asked us for BGN 288. We naturally asked a question, after which we had to have a long dialogue with the woman from the reception and finally she went somewhere to make inquiries. He came after 15 minutes apologizing that it's normal to make mistakes sometimes. 3 of our main dishes were duplicated in the bill on 29.11.22. That's what he said. And that's not true, because the truth is that our entire bill of BGN 72. was billed once again for the date 29.11.22. So much more money they wanted to take from us. How rude of them. I would never have thought that this was possible. In an expensive 4-star hotel in such a way that it is possible to rob you. Total outrage and one sorry for the occasion is grossly insufficient.
