Visited prime care dental in ss14, subang and I had to do 2extractions,2 fillings and scaling.. Had a great experience.. DR Leslie was so patient with me and did everything so well that I hardly experienced any pain.. The staff at the counter were very courteous and kind.. Was having a painful day the whole day and just trying my luck with this clinic as it closed at 10pm - got an appointment at 9pm. Amazing doctor - Dr Tan Xi Yi ; her explanation was precise , option given and treatment done ; another amazing part is, the whole process was fast and painless!! And the next treatment was done by Dr V! he was also amazing - done the root canal- 1.5 hours each session and its not painful. didnt even have to take the painkiller pills. thankyou for such expertise. 🎀🎀 ❤️❤️❤️ i have so much love for this clinic.... Been coming here for 3 years for scaling & polishing— very happy with the service always. Dr Xin Yi & Dr Shu Mei are attentive, amazing & gentle— the process don’t hurt as it sometimes is at other dental clinics, which goes to show how skilful they are. Walk in after work around 8pm with minor pain. Trying my luck but manage to squeeze me in. Excellent job by Dr Lesley. Next day feel better and looking forward for next check up.

I’ve been seeing Dr Tan Xin Yi all these years and I think she is one of the more professional dentists I encounter, where she will give advice on all aspects and make sure I understand before recommending me to do any procedures, unlike some other Drs who gave more biased comments about my condition to try to “encourage” me to go for certain procedures which is probably unnecessary, which I felt was unhelpful and can be misleading to the patients. Went for wisdom surgery, turned up for extraction instead of surgery . Appreciate for the ethical treatment then giving unnecessary treatment at higher charges . The nurses are friendly which makes me comfortable . Also, appointment easy to be made through WhatsApp .

Had an excellent time at the dentist. Staff were very helpful and informative and my dentist Dr. Ting was good and patiently explained some of the issues with my teeth.

I've had a positive experience at this dental last year and this was my second visit for another wisdom tooth extraction performed by Dr. Lesley. Thanks to her extensive experience, exceptional skill, and gentle touch, the entire procedure was incredibly smooth and painless. She efficiently removed two wisdom teeth, and fortunately, no stitches were required. I must say this is the best dentist experience so far. Dr Lesley is super gentle but she gets the work done nicely. Plus with the assistance from Nick who has been very accomodating until the end. It was the longest time too about 2 hours but even they did 2 fillings and scaling, I see no blood at all! I'm so happy *smiling from eat to ear* 😊... (Show more)

My 6-year old son had his tooth extracted by Dr Tan Xin Yi. She was very empathetic and gentle. Everything was a breeze and the experience didnt traumatised my son at all. He even get to pull out his own teeth and he was proud of it. Price is very reasonable and I'm definitely returning.

Dr Lesley is so professional and I am so satisfied with her dental services. Primecare definitely one of the best dental treatment you can find ins Subang Jaya area.
