Dr. David Wells-Roth is board-certified in neurosurgery. He completed medical school at George Washington University School of Medicine and then completed his surgical internship and neurosurgical residency at Weill-Cornell Medical Center in New York City. Dr. Wells-Roth has additional specialized fellowship training in interventional neuroradiology as well as skull-based neurovascular surgery. He also trained at Memorial Sloan Kettering in Oncologic Surgery of the brain and spine.

Dr. Harshpal Singh is a board-certified neurosurgeon who has advanced subspecialized training in both neuro-radiology and complex and minimally invasive spinal surgery. Dr. Aaron J. Greenberg is board-certified and fellowship-trained in orthopedic surgery of the spine. After completing his undergraduate degree at Johns Hopkins University, Dr. Greenberg attended medical school at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, where he was elected into the AOA Honor Society after finishing top of his class. Dr. Greenberg completed a residency in orthopedic surgery at University Texas Medical School, followed by a fellowship in orthopedic spine surgery at Emory University. Dr. Greenberg is passionate about patient care, treating patients who are experiencing pain, and getting them back to a great quality of life. First and foremost Dr. Greenberg is a godsend!! I have had several herniated discs in my lumbar spine for a couple years. I was involved in an accident in February 2023. I was referred to 2 spine specialist one of which being Dr. Greenberg. After my first appointment I was beyond satisfied with Dr. Greenbergs beside manor and how thorough he was. Dr. Greenberg took the time to explain every option possible for treatment and what would have the highest success rate. Because of how thorough Dr. Greenberg was it immediately built a strong form of trust. I made the decision to proceed with Dr. Greenberg for my surgery which would be a lumbar spinal fusion on multiple levels. The day of the surgery I met with Dr. Greenberg in pre op and he assured everything would be okay. After the surgery Dr. Greenberg spoke with my wife and said the compression on my nerves was far worse than expected. Dr. Greenberg did assure my wife that he was able to decompress the nerves completely. My recovery has been absolutely incredible. My pain levels have been minimal and I was able to walk on my own strength 2 weeks post op. During my follow up with Dr. Greenberg he was absolutely incredible the and again his bedside manner did not change. I was referred to Premier Brain & Spine after my primary care doctor suspected a back problem due to painful legs and difficulty walking. Dr. Harshpal Singh arranged to see me quickly, and an MRI verified his feeling that I had spinal stenosis, resulting in pain when walking. He recommended a procedure to fit a small spacer between the discs in my lower back, as he was confident that this would break my problem. The procedure was six weeks ago, and I feel fantastic. Dr. Harry Singh is a true Godsend! I got an appointment rather quickly, and right away I understood I am in the best hands. He was very personable, took the time to ask me lots of questions as well as answer mine, and had me get an MRI in the office. He saw me right after my MRI and said I needed surgery to repair the spacing in my vertebrae. I had my surgery 4 weeks later. Had no complications and felt relief immediately after surgery. I met Dr. Greenberg when I was in severe sciatic pain, I could barely stand up at home. After my MRI, it was obvious that I needed surgery. With Dr. Greenberg I felt I was in good hands. He and his PA lifted my spirits and gave me confidence.I had a lumbar laminectomy. The operation relieved my pain and I'm recuperating well. I saw him for a follow-up yesterday. Dr. David Wells-Roth was very informative when we saw him for my husband’s back pain. He was very nice to all our family, and gave us all options and explained what to expect. Dr. Wells-Roth and his staff were supportive and made sure that my husband was comfortable before and after surgery. The aftercare we got was amazing.They followed up with us several times (now 3 weeks after the surgery), and made sure everything was healing as it should. My husband has returned to his old self, able to do things again that he was unable to do for years before surgery. I came to see Dr. Singh because I was in so much pain I could barely get around my house. He quickly diagnosed me with a severe herniated disc at L5-S1 and scheduled surgery to remove some of the pressure caused by it. Surgery went fine - no more pain and the recovery was pretty quick
