Top doctor & top team! Dr. Theodorou is undoubtedly the best family doctor you could have as a patient. He takes the time to look at problems holistically and doesn't just treat them based on symptoms, but examines the context in which they occur! The practice team itself is very friendly. From my point of view, I felt that the doctor himself did not sufficiently understand me or take me seriously regarding my ever-increasing pain. I found communication difficult. Ultimately, I received a diagnosis and appropriate treatment (= rheumatoid arthritis) at the USZ, where I organized an appointment myself. I changed the original review because Dr. Theodurou called and threatened legal consequences for alleged false statements. But you can't argue about my personal feelings.... (Show more)

I was interested in getting more information on facial procedures. The doctor and I discussed many procedures and agreed on one. He was very detailed in descripting the micro-needling procedure and informative I left with a quote 1700 chf for 5 treatments and a projected frequency of appointments. There are 2 locations, Zug and Luzern. The Luzern location allowed me to get a appointment faster and did not have a consultation fee. As the Zug location is only open Mondays, had a longer wait and a 150 chf consultation fee. The Luzern clinic is very nice, new and modern. Staff was very pleasant.... (Show more)
