Even though I didn't have an appointment, I was treated professionally and friendly. My thanks go especially to Dr. Freese and Willy. They took away my fear of the treatment.

Very nice practice. At least one practice where the employees have fun together with the boss. I can only recommend the practice and Mrs. Hoppe gave me very good advice/clarification throughout the entire treatment period “high praise”!

Poor attention, waiting time more than 50 minutes. It is understood that an emergency may arise, but they must have a solution for these emergencies and not interfere with other patients' time.

I found an appointment for professional teeth cleaning at short notice at about:dents. The reception was very friendly and the waiting time until treatment was pleasantly short. Before, during and after the treatment there were helpful explanations of what would be done next, tips on individual problem areas and in general there was an extremely pleasant and friendly willingness to talk. Big praise for that! Unfortunately, the so-called air flow system (powder-air jet mixture) could not be used during the treatment because the device was defective. Even though I was generally satisfied with the treatment, I found that to be a bit of a shame. Since I had the feeling from experience (by no means all, but the last two PZRs used this technology) that even the specialists had to use less force with "scrapers", "scrapers" or other hand devices, I really liked this technology. Of course, a device can break down during treatment, no question. Then you don't have much air flow. But the device should be checked before treatment - this is a stupid situation for the specialist if it doesn't even start, and unfortunately for the patient too, as the impression inevitably arises that a device has not been checked beforehand. In my opinion, this simply has to be a must for every practice, even if the waiting time is longer - or even if it is only possible to reschedule the appointment. But as a patient I would even accept that without complaining. The disadvantage for me as a patient: Unfortunately, during the treatment I had the subjective feeling that the treatment had to be a little jerkier, a little more hectic and “more brutal”. And in the end it wasn't as thorough as the specialist himself might have wanted. When paying, I would have been happy if this defect and the omission of this treatment item/standard had been taken into account - because such a PZR is not a bargain. And I then attach even more importance to the fact that the treatment can be complete (and therefore subjectively less stressful) for both sides.... (Show more)

Great modern practice and a very empathetic team! The last point mentioned was crucial, especially for me as an anxious patient. I'm a fan!

I am absolutely satisfied and enthusiastic about the employees. A very nicely furnished practice where you immediately feel welcome and in good hands. The treatment and advice from Ms. Stoll was also completely stress-free and relaxed.
