Super nice competent staff and very nice doctors
Adorable and very professional. Excellent treatment.
Super friendly, short waiting time and good advice. Can the woman Dr. recommend everyone.
All are professionals and very nice. With the help of this practice, I am already in the 16th week of pregnancy.
Mrs. Glaser is a super great doctor. She takes her time. And really helps medically as much as it can!
Very good practice. Fast and professional. I can recommend this practice.
Very nice, understanding and committed practice team. Especially with Dr. Cross we were very satisfied.
I've been trying to reach the practice by phone for 3 hours and it's still busy.
Very nice practice.. It was furnished with a lot of love.. You feel very comfortable because it is not overcrowded.. The staff is very friendly and helpful.. The doctors are very nice and you are valued as a patient.. Nowadays, It is very seldom treated as well as in practice.. Definitely worth a recommendation.. In my opinion, nobody will be disappointed by the practice..
Great doctors, appointments are always quick and we've never had to wait long. The whole team is really very friendly, warm and helpful. Even if we are still waiting for our positive, we are very satisfied.
Great practice. Nowadays it is very difficult to find a practice where you feel comfortable. Everything is right in this practice. the medical assistants are super nice + helpful and super friendly and Dr. Glaser is a great doctor.
We used to be treated at another fertility center that was already sucking up a lot of money for the analyzes and finally told us that artificial insemination was our only option. Here we wanted to hear the alternative medical second opinion before we go to this expensive and most complicated operation. dr Wilkening just gave us a prescription for a couple of pills, and on the first try - pregnancy! We are so lucky to have visited this practice. Many thanks to Mrs. Dr. Wilkening - our great doctor!... (Show more)
I would prefer to give 6 stars. You should wait 1-2 months for the first admission, then it works. If you are already a patient and it is necessary because of the treatment, you can even get an appointment for tomorrow! Everyone is nice and patient, professionally well prepared. I would quote my wife: "No one has ever taken my blood as comfortably as the nurses in fertility!"... (Show more)
I found dr. Peet very competent...he had a relaxed and very pleasant manner. We only had one appointment to talk to him...on that day he was surprisingly able to determine that I was pregnant and immediately had my blood tested so that we were certain. We were called in the afternoon and informed... :-) Thank you!
I can only warn you very clearly about dr Peet! Just looks at the screen while speaking, asks what's actually up today and speaks everything badly. Never again
We are very satisfied. Everyone is very nice and helpful, the treatment is very good, thanks to this practice we are waiting for our second child, despite secondary sterility and many health problems for 8 years. Gladly again...
I cannot recommend this practice. Dr. Peet behaved with little empathy towards me, almost arrogant. The initial examination was also very rough, so that I still had pain in my abdomen for days after the ultrasound. Furthermore, more costs are passed on to the patients privately than would probably be necessary (also compared to my current practice).... (Show more)
In 2017 we went to Dr. Nickel. Already by phone and then at the reception we were welcomed in a very friendly way, almost at home. We felt very comfortable right away. Miss Dr. Nickel is extremely competent, very friendly and sensitive. I could write an infinite amount of good things here if it didn't go beyond the scope. The practice is more than just recommended. And the best thing is, of course, that the first attempt worked right away and now our miracle has been beaming at me every morning for 15 months. Thanks to the whole team. You are awesome !!!... It's a pity that only Ms. Glaser is the only doctor who looks after endometriosis patients. I wish there was at least one more. Or Mrs. Glaser is completely replaced for this task. Because the practice is great - the team is sooo loving, attentive, super friendly. They always have a smile - all together. Whenever I came, I immediately felt comfortable because they are all just great. It didn't matter to whom you now register and briefly describe your problem. However, as soon as I went in to see Mrs. Glaser, I no longer felt comfortable. I've been in the practice for about 4 years because I wanted to switch from my other endo doctor to get a second opinion. In the beginning Mrs. Glaser was very helpful - she still is! - nevertheless I always had the feeling of being unwelcome. She always made me feel like "you again?" ..I was actually often there in the first 2 years. But in the last 2 years I was hardly there and when I came in to her again, she basically just waited for me to leave. My partner has accompanied me twice and confirms my concerns. As if she doesn't feel like you. That's why I didn't feel good. At some point I only came to pick up my prescription. I didn't want to see her anymore. She's just wrong. Smirks in your face while showing that she doesn't want you here. That's always been my feeling since I've been with her. She has now informed me that, due to a new regulation, I have to look for a new practice, since I do not have any serious problems with endometriosis and the practice is only for people who actually have initial problems. She also explained to me that, for example, they do not provide pregnancy support, but only help women to get pregnant. I understand that. That's actually what practice is for. But I think endo phases come and go and it is ALSO an endo practice. At the moment, however, I have extreme complaints again. Actually extreme again for over a year - but now I shouldn't come to her anymore? Aren't these serious problems again? I should now look for an ordinary gyn who knows 0 about it? I don't even know if that's true. Maybe I should have asked at the front desk. But as she said in the session. It was then clear to me that the woman was happy to have found a reason (for me initially alleged) to get rid of you. Sad.... (Show more)
Before we moved to Berlin, we had successfully gotten pregnant in another clinic and forwarded all the documents for the treatment. dr Peet refused to implement the proven treatment with Puregon, recommending other tablets to form the follicle. For months he did the same thing without any ideas, even though we kept asking him to try the tried and tested method. Instead, he had a new semen analysis performed and many other unnecessary tests that often entailed additional costs. I got ideas when I went to another doctor for an ultrasound (e.g. Dr. Nickel, highly recommended!). dr Peet was also not very empathetic and never knew where we were in the treatment. When we came in to him, he asked us what we were doing today. After months of failed attempts, accompanied by much heartache, Dr. Peet finally got to be treated with Puregon. Arriving at the reception, the prescription already had another drug on it. The receptionist recommended that I switch to another doctor in the practice. We then consulted Dr. Have Wilkening treated, very empathetic and competent. The Puregon worked on the first try and we had our baby. Unfortunately, Dr. Wilkening, very defensive about her colleague, didn't seem interested in our story. Nevertheless a good doctor who still saves this review to 3 stars. dr I would highly recommend avoiding Pete.... (Show more)
