It is the long waiting times that have been causing dissatisfaction for years. Last, the appointments run in such a way that no waiting time lasts longer than 30 minutes.

Dr. Dietmar Thumm and his crew work highly professionally, are empathetic and widely sought after. Dietmar Thumm is an experienced, real professional when it comes to dry eyes and more. Modern practice facilities and the proximity to the train station round off the visit to the ophthalmologist. Can be highly recommended.... (Show more)

Thanks to her, my retinal detachment was recognized immediately and all necessary steps were taken. I was treated very courteously over the phone and taken seriously. The appointment was made very quickly and without any problems, even though it wasn't an emergency. This was apparently because there are now four ophthalmologists employed there. However, I then sat in the waiting room for an hour because there was only one ophthalmologist on site. That was very difficult because I work and was absent from the office for too long. However, the advice from the ophthalmologist was very good.... (Show more)
