Most service-oriented dentist, I ve had some troubles with my retainer in one of the busiest times before Christmas and got an appointment within an hour. Dr. Marinescu and the whole team is very kind and professional, response times are very short and any additional questions are dealt with immediately. They offer student rates, too. Great advice! Insertion of ceramic implant. No pain or reaction in the gums or bones. It feels like the implant has always been there. Ms. Marinescu did a very clean, efficient and excellent job. The addition of an incisor also gave her a very nice aesthetic shape. Great value for money. I can warmly recommend Dentanova! I switched to Dentanova when I had a minor emergency. The team immediately took their time and treated me very well. Since then I have been extremely satisfied with my work in this practice. The staff are very friendly and the work they do is great. I can only recommend.

Ms. Marinescu and Ms. Bertschi work precisely and very cleanly. I go to the cleaning twice a year, I'm always greeted warmly and when I leave there's a quick check for tooth decay or cavities. I can only recommend Ms. Bärtschi’s Dentanova practice. You will receive friendly and competent advice. The treatment was also perfect! If you wish, you can even get the jellies used etc. with flavor 🙂 …

Because I had problems with some of my teeth and gums, I looked online and found the Dentanova website. Everything is described very well on the website and documented in detail with films. That's why I chose Dentanova and haven't regretted this decision. I quickly felt at home here as everyone is very friendly and reassuring. I've been to different dentists before, but no one helped me with my periodontitis. Ms. Marinescu recognized my gum problems and corrected them with bone grafting and also explained every step she took to me. So far I have had 3 ceramic implants and now I have to wait until everything has healed and the crowns can be placed. Afterwards, 2 more implants are implanted on the other side. I don’t like doctors who try to take advantage of other people's trouble and make extra money on patients, and this was exactly my case in this clinic. Doctor Marinescu had a simple job, just to glue a dental veneer on me, but she did not do the job correctly. If you think you can't make it with this job, say no and I can look for other clinics and other doctors. But don't glue my veneer incorrectly and then, without my consent, you shave the veneer, destroy it and say "I'll make you a new one at a reduced price". Any operation must be done with the patient's consent, you did not have the consent to shave my veneer, it only had to be glued. Then, offer me a new one at a "reduced price"! Luckily that i don’t like conflicts and I didn’t start to argue there and even paid fast just to leave this place and never again back. But who will pay for my tears from that day after?...
