About Practical Happiness - Emotional Health Consultancy I offer safe, professional and confidential treatments for anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress, obsessive compulsive disorder, insomnia, addictions, high blood pressure, relationship issues and other emotional and psychological difficulties. I am a registered psychotherapist, fully insured and qualified, and my clients include individuals, couples, children and adolescents. Treatments available include Hypnotherapy, Neurolinguistic Psychotherapy and Counselling (NLPt), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Sandplay Therapy and some others. I offer professional therapy services for adults, couples and children, individually tailored to your needs, in Glossop and Mossley (home visits may be possible in special circumstances). Therapy over the phone and online (via instant chat) is available for UK-wide and international clients. NEW: A specialised Hypnotension treatment programme for individuals with high blood pressure is now available, this is based on hypnotherapy, cognitive and behavioural approaches to help address the emotional and lifestyle factors contributing to raised blood pressure. I also deliver accredited trainings in EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) in the UK and worldwide, with experience of teaching in Norway, Russia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia, Greece, Israel, Kazakhstan and Sri Lanka. Supervision/Mentoring for EFT Practitioners and other mental health professionals is available face-to-face and via telephone/online. To organisations, I offer independent workplace mediation and conflict resolution between individuals and teams, executive coaching, and a range of training workshops (Stress Management, Good Night's Sleep, Coping with Change, Mental Health Awareness for Staff and Managers, Trauma and PTSD Awareness, Advanced Communication Skills, Self-Hypnosis and Relaxation). My therapy clients come from all walks of life, because anyone can suffer with emotional and psychological difficulties, and professional support can make a huge difference at challenging points in our personal or professional lives.
