Prepared, friendly, polite and quick at work. The only flaw is that few speak Italian. Where many Italians go, everyone should speak Italian.

A super clinic. Staff organized and attentive to every detail. Mine was a complicated case and Doctor Nikolina together with her assistants got me out of trouble in the true sense of the word. The whole thing with negotiation and mediation totally managed by the tenacious Lea! I advise everyone who has a problem to go there, because it really gets solved within a short time. Without bureaucratic procedures, without too many turns of phrase. Prices negligible compared to the work and treatment. . My wife and I were there last year to find out more. During this visit we were able to stay overnight in one of the apartments for free. The care in German from Ms. Natalija Vrbnjak was very pleasant and the examination and advice from the doctors was very competent. We received cost estimates to submit to our health insurance company. I was supposed to get 6 implants and crowns over all my teeth. The health insurance company approved the treatment and I had the implants placed on my second visit. A few months later I got the crowns on all my teeth during a 5-day stay. I went to the clinic with work colleagues in March 2022. According to the motto: "😳Looking costs nothing!" We were greeted by Fr.Anamarija (in German) received and off to be filled out, X-ray. Then discuss the pictures, what will be done, what materials and a cost estimate. Everything explained well by Anamarija. Time to think about it is requested - without pressure or stress.... open questions clarified and treatment started on the same day. My treatment lasted due to bone formation, 1 year and was relatively pain-free. The stay in the clinic was relaxed, pleasant and entertaining at times😅. Outside the clinic, I never felt left alone by Anamarija and the team of doctors, with inquiries, check-ups and appointments. Everything went great and beautiful new teeth, relatively natural white. Five stars because I am very satisfied with my entire experience at Medikadent Klinik. Transfer from airport and apartment was always great. The dates were always adjusted to my time. The documents I needed for my health insurance were always written in German (a big advantage). Despite the agreed appointments, it takes more than half an hour to get your turn. You shouldn't have to wait that long for the service you're paying for. It is obvious that the priority is foreigners who give fat money, so they certainly do not wait. The first time the tooth extraction at the oral surgeon went ok, but the surgeon was totally unkind and uninterested in any communication, and also arrogant. The second time I had my teeth repaired by Dr. Klara, who is as kind as my sister, only 2 stars, everything else was a disaster for them. The third appointment was also reserved for tooth repair, which I didn't wait for because I was booked at 7:30 pm (at least that's what the employee at the counter wrote and gave me a piece of paper) at 8:15 pm I'm still sitting in the waiting room because there's an unplanned crowd. Vj rush to make as many patients as possible and collect more money. I get up and leave and the nurse tells me that I have an appointment at 8:00 p.m. If I had ordered at 8:00 p.m., even though the piece of paper said otherwise, I was not informed when I came to the counter at 7:20 p.m., but was told to sit down and wait.
