Today my daughter and I had our first visit and the experience was really positive! The staff was extremely friendly which made our child feel comfortable from the very beginning. I admit that after reading the reviews I was afraid of this visit - fortunately, reality and opinions are two different things. The treatment plan was carefully explained to us and we received specific answers to all our questions. After the check-up, the child cried, lack of professionalism, hygienist without any empathy, just drama. I'm very disappointed. I absolutely do not recommend it.
