Very good approach, short deadlines. I recommend!
Today my daughter and I had our first visit and the experience was really positive! The staff was extremely friendly which made our child feel comfortable from the very beginning. I admit that after reading the reviews I was afraid of this visit - fortunately, reality and opinions are two different things. The treatment plan was carefully explained to us and we received specific answers to all our questions. This is not the first office we have been to and my daughter left the office with a smile on her face, which was the most important thing to me.... (Show more)
My compliments to Dr. Zuzanna Małkin, who today painlessly and easily extracted 2 teeth for my husband. My husband is very satisfied and grateful to Dr. Zuzanna Małkin, who turned out to be an excellent dentist worth recommending. Contrary to the negative opinions, the clinic is of a decent standard, and the lady at the reception is very nice and friendly. Thank you, we will definitely come back here. Adam and Elizabeth... Service drama
After the check-up, the child cried, lack of professionalism, hygienist without any empathy, just drama. I'm very disappointed. I absolutely do not recommend it.
I recommend, they took care of my teeth. Dr. Mateusz fitted me with braces and I can smile without any complexes
The first impression is very good. Knowledgeable and pleasant people (staff). Dzeki)
Dentistry is a failure. First of all, you should take care of the cleanliness of the equipment and I found some poured (brown stains). It was not cleaned, let alone disinfected. I no longer want treatment. I will never go back there and I do not recommend it to anyone
I recommend it, I am satisfied with the visit and the staff. A nice, professional and specific hygienist, I recommend it again 🤝 …
I confirm previous opinions. The worst place I've ever been to. There are many other offices where an National Health Fund patient is treated like a human being. I do not recommend.
I recommend. Good place and service
I haven't been to a worse facility. The hygienist is arrogant, rude and offended that she works. Hygienist certainly does not equal the word hygiene in this facility.
Incorrectly issued Covid vaccination certificate. "There is no such number" after trying to contact the only number provided in Google, no information on the contact page.
Josef Mengele would be proud
The worst place in the world. Every visit is a problem. First of all - the child had a stranger's orthodontic appliance put into his mouth! No apologies. The woman at the reception doesn't understand the calendar, mixes up hours and dates, and is also impertinent. It is impossible to get along with the orthodontist because he ignores questions and disregards the patient, commenting that he is on the National Health Fund, so it is no wonder that the service quality is poor. You can't make an appointment with someone from management. He knows he's trash and avoids contact so as not to have to react. Massacre. Bottom And seaweed this clinic. I do not recommend.... Hopeless prosthetist, Mrs. Kamila. Stay away from this place.
I am delighted. The best hygienist I have ever met. Sandblasting lightened my teeth by 3 shades. It's worth it. The place is a bit dingy, but I still recommend it. Simply thorough and professional. I am attaching a photo after the procedure. I prefer not to show what happened before ;)
First of all, change the lady at the reception because it's a failure...
We did nothing to deserve such treatment. The hygienist is rude and unempathetic, taking out her frustration on the child. She boasts of 25 years of experience, and she put the hand she used to turn on the light into a child's mouth. I advise you to avoid it.
I judge this as a vaccination point, not as a dentist. In my case, 3rd dose. No interview with the doctor, the nurse is rude and does everything herself (I'm actually not surprised when she has a background in work). In my case, she left the needle half-inserted into the violet and went to answer the phone. I'm guessing it's a work order to treat the phone with more priority than a patient. My mother, as a nurse, has identical guidelines in another location, obviously money. Only vaccination, no pleasure... the needle was inserted into the back and the medicine was injected so quickly that it even stung. And a moment after removing the needle, my hand immediately hurts... After vaccination, no one is interested in you and they don't even want you to sit for a while and wait for observation. The only advantage is that it was quick - the service took 5 minutes. But at the cost of something... I do not recommend... (Show more)
