I warmly recommend!!! The wisdom of Ludmila Novackova, the absolute amateurism of acting at the level of a kindergarten child! An empty waiting room where you wait 45 minutes to be overtaken by other x people who came after you!! The nurse takes all the papers, makes you wait for an hour and a half, and then tells you that you don't have all the necessary documents!!! The delay when the patient leaves the office and is never in the office is 15-20 minutes!! If you ask why everything is taking so long, he explains to you how he has to fill out the invoices, how I do the paperwork and how I don't have time! I can't wait so much that they have an empty waiting room!! Next to the waiting room, the chancellor, Mr. Ing. Karel Radolf, told the sisters to take me and then terminate the contract with our company!! You wouldn't believe it, but I'm still waiting here and people are always ahead of me. As they say, such a director, such employees, when someone is de.... he has de around him...... I highly recommend everyone to visit the Bory Polyclinic... (Show more)
Help everyone
Clarity, cleanliness.
Mrs. MUDr. Jitka Hodková with endocrinology clinic very pleasant. He calmly explains everything and it's my turn to always go to the booked class. Praise also belongs to the nurse who assists her. Both have a professional approach. Unfortunately, such is rarely seen today.
Very rude treatment
Pleasant doctor, perfect nurse
I don’t recommend this clinic for anyone who doesn’t speak Czech, or let me say not for foreign
Ok, satisfaction!
An unpleasant doctor for me, arrogant
There are general practitioners, but also specialists.
The psychiatrist was unpleasant. A person comes to him for help and he dismisses him by saying that you do not fit him as a person and that he refuses to provide you with professional help. After two long months of appointments, he only told me to find another doctor. Which he could have told me over the phone and I didn't have to struggle and wait unnecessarily.... (Show more)
Very unpleasant staff, from the receptionist to the nurses.
Compared to all the facilities in Pilsen that I had the opportunity to try, Borská polyclinic is clearly the best, fastest and least crowded.
Entrance inspection to work. I have never waited 2 hours. I understand that the doctor was sick and Dr. Nováčková was representing him, but the examination lasts 20 minutes and it's 2 hours?! And I'm not talking about the fact that I was booked and of course they took everyone who came after me. A mockery indeed.... (Show more)
For me, the worst polyclinic in Pilsen. Doctors unpleasant to patients.
I sought help at the Medizen surgical clinic several times. Serious and sensitive approach to patients. You can order by phone and avoid waiting. I recommend
After waiting in the ER for 2.5 hours today on Sunday, when NO ONE before me was checked in the whole time (I was 3rd in line) I felt better and went home with a completely confused expression. Tomorrow, on a weekday, I will go to a normal doctor. I haven't experienced this before. During that time, the doctor and nurses only processed the discharge papers for the gentleman, who waited 1.5 hours with his transport before he could leave. How is this possible in Central Europe in the 21st century? I will complain about this to the founder. Two ladies in front of me were quite sick, one was even brought in by an ambulance at 2:30 p.m. When I left after 5 p.m., they were still sitting there waiting. Terrible experience!... (Show more)
I will come with the fact that I just need to prescribe a pill and ask one thing. It can take a maximum of 3-5 minutes altogether. After an hour of waiting, I want to leave and rather hope that it will go away on its own.
For 22 surgeries, for 30 doctors... that's a decent occupancy of the polyclinic...
