Yesterday I had a hair transplant operation, a total of 2600 grafts. The operation itself was not painful, but only a little when local anesthesia is administered. I was recommended this clinic by a YouTuber/digital nomad who had an annual dermatology check-up and was very happy with the appointment. Since we're visiting Croatia, I made an appointment with this clinic only one week in advance and fortunately the clinic was able to fit me in while we were in Split. The clinic was very modern and I did not have to wait to see the doctor when we arrived there. It is only a half an hour walk from old town Split (very convenient!). I have never felt so humiliated and insulted. The clinic staff was extremely unpleasant and unfriendly. The owner of the clinic herself was no better, with her arrogant, snobbish and, above all, rude behavior, she indirectly let me know that I was not welcome in their clinic. 20.11.2023. had an appointment for a hair transplant. Coming to the polyclinic on your own is by no means a mistake, but a complete hit. The staff is friendly, the polyclinic is tidy, Doctor Vana Kljaković Gašpić is 100% dedicated to her work and very professional. In a few hours, the hair was transplanted.
