Professional and effective physio treatment. Thanks to Tilip he provided extensive and knowledgeable advice and physio for my knee injury ensuring that I had quick pain relief and then manipulation and massage to enable to get back to running again. Thank you - highly recommend

Had a very stiff shoulders. Was in discomfort for months. Went to a few physios, chiro but they did little and it was short lived. After 1 session I definitely felt better. Mr Tilip checked me properly, asked me a lot of questions to find out what happened. In one session they put on a hot pack, massage, did ultrasound therapy and tens machine. I really felt like my problem was worked on and it was made with effort. The massage can be very painful but worth it to feel better. Glad I chose to find a 5 star physio centre because I can't be bothered going somewhere that don't put in the effort. Definitely will continue therapy when I can.... (Show more)

My recent physiotherapy sessions with Mr Tilip were excellent, and he would follow-up with client regarding their condition after each session, providing them with his professional advice for their consideration, and also sending a gentle reminder of the next session.

I’ve moved to Platinum because I see no improvement from another chiro clinic. My first session with Natasha at Bangsar already gave better results with the ultrasound and electrotherapy. Now, I’m working with Tilip and I like his approach in rehabilitating my pain. He’s very hands on, asks how I am after my sessions, and recommends exercises to improve my condition. I have been going to this place (once in a while) for my chronic lower back pain and I can say that they are fantastic. Especially Jeff, who is super experienced and professional. Highly recommended for anyone with lower back pain.

I had a bad knee injury. I was recommended to see Mr. Jeffrey. After 4/5 rounds of therapy and some rest, i was on the road to recovery. Today, my knee has completed healed. I highly recommend Mr. Jeffrey/ Platinum Physiotherapy if you have any sports related injuries.

I had meniscus tear. Jeffery showed exceptional care, empathy, and support throughout my treatment. He actually stopped me from doing the surgery that a doctor had suggested. I have not found a better physiotherapist in KL than Jeffry and I have been to so many. He always finds the exact location that's giving me trouble and within a couple of sessions, I always feel so much better. Jeffry really is a healer.

This place has been wonderful. The staff and therapists Mr Jeffry & Thilip Kumar are excellent and very knowledgeable. Jeffry is a magician! I had a bad fall and had a nagging pain between my left shoulder blade and spinal column. Numbing pain that I couldn’t get any relief. After my first visit, there was instant relief. By my 3rd visit, I was good as new. Highly recommended!

Excellent results! Jeffry is very attentive and he’s expert at isolating issues, resolving them as well as giving long-term guidance to prevent future issues.

I visit this Physio therapy several times with chronicle issue with my back and always get my pain removed in several treatment. Despite place looks basic, it have all treatments and Jeffry is attentive and professional . Also price is very reasonable.
