Great location, attractive price. Unfortunately, a visit from a handyman and more heart in taking care of the condition of the apartment would be useful. Staff helpful, but absent permanently.

We waited for the keys in front of the building for an hour before someone arrived. The room was dirty and full of animal hair literally everywhere. One big drama! Give a wide berth.

Very clean and tidy in the room and bathroom. Good location and nice service. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery and dishes, and the bathroom is equipped with clean towels. I recommend :)

We spent one night there, the bathroom was clean, as were the bed linen and the room. Certainly some places could have been cleaned more (bedside tables), but I don't think that's a problem. We were there promptly for check-in at 2 p.m. and found nice staff in the “Platinium” opposite. Everything went without any problems, hence 5 stars. Good position in the town

Good location, room with a large bed divided into two mattresses and a bathroom. The fridge does need repairs, but that's the only downside. Another advantage is an iron, a hairdryer and a large wardrobe. I prefer to bring my own cosmetics. Free internet access. Close to the playground and the frog. Good for families with children for a short stay. "The district of doctors' offices", but that's a plus :) Affordable price is also a plus :) Peace and quiet, which allows you to relax. Be sure to stock up on coffee and tea. You have to organize your own food (it's not a problem because apart from the frog there is also a place with home-made food nearby and a Chinese bar next to the frog, although we didn't use it) so everything is convenient. I do not recommend. In a hotel, a bed and a mattress are essential. Here we get a mattress that is not the right size for the bed, it protrudes beyond the bed frame, which means that we sleep at an angle. Plus pillows that don't fulfill their function. There are no blinds in the room, which could potentially block the view of the entrance door. The shower has holes in it and after a shower the bathroom floor is flooded. Dirty towels, hair on the floor. The bathroom door handle is not screwed in. The only pluses are the kitchenette in the room and the proximity to the bus and train stations.... (Show more)

Great place, close to everything. Even though it is in the center, it is quiet and peaceful. A bed that is a double and the mattresses are single and do not fit the frame can also be dealt with very easily, you just need to think carefully. Air conditioning and a kitchenette with a fridge are a great advantage of this apartment. I recommend.... (Show more)

No parking space, poor contact with the host, windows stuck with adhesive tape... a double bed with two single mattresses that don't match, it was impossible to sleep on it... I advise everyone not to stay in this place.

Relatively close to the city center. A large mirror in the bathroom, a large bed, TV, microwave and kettle. On the minus side - I don't recommend opening the fridge - it stinks and we waited 30 minutes for the keys because there was no one at the reception.

For the price, it's probably the answer. The price is not great, therefore the quality of the room, bathroom, furniture... is also not "great". But it's enough to sleep once Rooms: 3 Service: 5 Location: 5

Good localization. The room is aesthetic and clean. The big minus was the double bed, which had two single mattresses that did not fit the dimensions of the frame. Moreover, the mattresses are very wrinkled and soft. The pillows, small and clumped into balls, did not improve comfort. No dish dryer, cloth or paper towels.... (Show more)

Relatively close to the station and the old town (station +/- 7 minutes with luggage, old town 15 minutes on a quiet walk admiring the old architecture) Very nice room, quiet, a bit from the main street, there is an iron, a kettle and basic tableware, small - mattress too big in relation to the bed itself. The service is a grim joke. It started with the fact that despite the arrangements that it would be no problem to leave the luggage right after arriving in Wrocław, the door was locked. Apparently someone called (but didn't call) to say that no one would be there. When we arrived at the agreed time, the door was closed again... After 1.5 hours of standing at the entrance until someone came and opened the door, we heard on the phone that it would be better if we gave up the overnight stay. The deadline was November 27, it was cold, and every 15 minutes we heard "someone is coming, 5 more minutes." The end was that we were left with nothing.
