A very friendly atmosphere! The entire staff from the ward to the surgical team was very, very nice. I felt comfortable until the end.

Was only there as a visitor, so the staff and support are very friendly (5 stars), but the facility is unreasonable for 1st class. A lot of things are broken, old furnishings. And does the insurance charge for 1st class?

Had a knee operation, the whole team at the clinic can only recommend it. They were all very friendly and helpful and supported me when the pain was very great. A fracture of my metacarpal required an operation that worked brilliantly and made my hand fully functional again very quickly - for which I would like to thank you at this point! The staff were all very accommodating and ensured a pleasant stay. Nevertheless, I hope that we won't see each other again soon - but if necessary, we'll be happy to see you again at any time ;)... Highly recommended! Professional, very friendly and attentive. Octopus carers and doctors are always attentive and very informative if you have any questions.

I was operated 2 times at the clinic and especially the second time my experience was so awful that I am traumatized from it. Waking up in agonizing pain the moment I came to consciousness, trembling, shaking and screaming on the top my lungs for more than an hour before receiving anything to take that pain away, I will sadly always remember. The one night stay following surgery ended with a nurse yelling at me for having so much pain that I just ended up crying because my body could not handle more. No bloodtest, no check up before you get dismissed.. I ended up at another hospital 4 days later needing blood transfusions. I don't wish it on anyone to go through this.... (Show more)

I would like to thank you again, from the admission to the room, all the ladies don't see what you're doing because I've never actually experienced a perfect job like that in the hospital. A warmed bed after the operation - you don't get that everywhere. Thank you, have a nice holiday!!
