I’ve been doing my program with Kai Long and Pek Yew as part of physiotherapy for my spine injury recovery. I went from being unable to walk or sit for more than half an hour, to being able to take long walks for more than half a day. I’m very thankful for having Kai Ling as my physiotherapist. Both Kai Ling and pek yew worked closely together to outline a treatment and recovery plan for my injury- I cannot stress how grateful I am for that. Kai Ling and Pek Yew helped me with my pain, discomfort and loss of strength and mobility; not just with the physiotherapy equipment but with their encouragement. Pek yew is a very positive teacher, she’s encouraging and makes the recovery program so much more pleasant. The mandatory exercise for recovery is never fun and an uphill climb. Pek yew turns this chore into something fun. She encourages me to push myself to improve my strength and mobility for quicker recovery. Highly recommended, I’m continuing my program with pek yew even though I’m much better.... (Show more)

I’ve been seeing Kai Ling for the last two years for pain management and she has been so understanding and experienced with her diagnosis which made me feel alot better about my condition. Since when, she’s been my go to with any body discomforts/pain and she always listens, never dismisses the smallest discomfort you have. I’m in a much better state now thanks to her!... (Show more)

Kai Ling is a very affable, motivating and knowledgeable physiotherapist. She goes above and beyond the call of duty especially to answering urgent issues with pain management/incident. She also seeks not just to treat and rehabilitate but also educate me on the mechanics and physiology of the body so I got a better idea of why, how and what to do for injury prevention. She utilizes pilates and technology like ultrasound, shockwave gun and electromagnetic shockwave therapy to accelerate recovery. I have undergone multiple surgeries due to rugby and football (shoulder dislocation repair surgery, 2 ACL reconstructions, torn ankle ligaments and a whiplash injury from a car accident) I have seen Kai Ling for the whiplash, 2nd ACL reconstruction. Safe to say I am fully recovered from the whiplash and currently on the road to recovery after the 2nd ACL reconstruction. She is miles ahead of the other physiotherapists I have seen at least in my books. I would recommend anyone to visit PhysioMotus if you require a caring physiotherapist.... (Show more)

Ms Koh Kai Ling is a very caring physio therapist. She doesn't think twice about going the extra mile to help her patients even on the eve of Chinese New Year. I consider myself fortunate to have Ms Koh as my physio therapist.

After my back surgery in May, I went to see Kai Ling, who turned out to be a very knowledgeable and patient physiotherapist. What I appreciated was her ability to translate the impenetrable medical jargon to a language which a layman can understand, which is very reassuring for me. I was able to know where I was physically, and realistically, what will take time to recover. I was recommended to meet Joanne for rehab on a weekly basis, and this was something I adhere with enthusiasm. Joanne is very professional yet personable, has a sharp eye to what I was doing correctly/incorrectly, which is crucial for me. I can sense the steady progress I have made over the last few months, and have enjoyed every session of Pilates. I strongly recommend both Kailing and Joanne at PhysioMotus!... (Show more)

I have been a chronic pain patient for 15 years and more. Kai Ling, with her skill set and dogged perseverance, has been able to help manage my pain so much better. A good therapist teaches you the exercises but a patient-oriented therapist like Kai Ling not only teaches you the exercises but also listens to you and your pain attentively to bring about relief. I am very thankful for her care and concern.... (Show more)

I went to PhysioMotus for my rehab after my knee surgery (ACL reconstruction). Kai Ling very patiently guided me through the strengthening exercises during the initial phase of my post-surgery rehab before I graduated to doing Pilates with Joanne. The Pilates sessions not only helped with my knee recovery but helped me move better. Joanne helped me better understand my body, and planned the sessions to also work on strengthening the rest of my body too so that I can return to sports safely with lower chances of future injuries. Thank you Kai Ling and Joanne!... (Show more)

I went to PhysioMotus with a back injury. Kai Ling is extremely knowledgeable and explained to me why it likely happened and where my body needs strengthening. After the physio sessions I had Pilates rehab with Joanne. She showed me where I am stiff and needed work. Learnt so much in the sessions. My body moves very differently now. Thank you ladies!... Kai Ling is a caring, patient, thoughtful physiotherapist who takes the time to do detailed diagnoses. She offers holistic lifestyle adjustments and fitness programming beyond just one-off 'treatments'. No pushiness from the team. Highly recommended.

The physiotherapist Franklin was able to diagnose and explain clearly the cause of my knee pain. He administered electric shock wave treatment and deep tissue massage. He gave valuable advice about stretches and was encouraging and positive which helped allecviate my fears. My condition improved by the next day! Professional
