We have tried to contact you in order to better understand your point of view, but so far it has not been possible to respond. We wanted you to know that we have already carried out an internal assessment of the situation. Our colleague actually did an Osteopathy session, as requested, following the usual consultation pattern of this profession, working not only locally, but also remotely, which will allow the result to appear not only immediately, but also some time later. At the end of the session, in addition to the reassessment, our colleague recommended an exercise to do at home, to ensure that the results last. Based on your comment, I believe that one of the factors of dissatisfaction may be related to the fact that you expect a massage from the session and not exactly the application of osteopathic techniques. In relation to our colleague at reception, from what we found out, the procedure was the usual one, and she was immediately offered the possibility of speaking to the colleague who treated her to express her dissatisfaction, which she chose not to do. . Perhaps the colleague at reception could have immediately presented the complaints book to you so that you could leave a written record of your dissatisfaction, for which we apologize. Regarding the session price, the usual table price is this. This was communicated to you before the start of the session. I believe, however, that given the fact that we did not meet your expectations, the value seems high to you. I would still like to get your feedback regarding your pain after 24 hours, as the results of Osteopathy do not have to be immediate.
