I suffer from a bad back, shoulders and neck. the physio (Matt) went through all the ailments and told me what the problems were before getting to work. Not for the faint hearted as the treatment was painful, but I already feel the benefits. he gave me exercises to do before the next appointment. Not a particularly inspiring <$_3>, but then I wasn't there for the ambience. I had to ring the bell as there was no one at reception. The physio answered the door and saw me straight away.
