About Physio for Motion I am an experienced fully qualified and registered physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience in Italy and the UK. Following a consult you get a detailed examination and assessment which is individually tailored to your needs. The conclusions from this session form a plan of treatment and can be used to predict how much treatment you might need and how much improvement you can expect to achieve. Treatments available: Mobilization/Manipulation – to reduce pain and restore normal movement in the spine or other joints. This can be quite gentle or more vigorous if this suits you and the nature of your condition Acupuncture/Dry Needling – used alongside other treatments to help with pain relief Exercise – advice on how to improve your strength and fitness and manage your own condition.
