I have had about 8 laser treatments and am not satisfied with the results so I stopped. By the way, the customer service is good! Update: Sent an email in response to a response (request), but did not hear back...

I don't recommend anyone to spend your money here. The staff is super friendly, nothing bad to say about it, but the treatments really don't do what they promise. The message via social deal is ''with 6 hair removal treatments you can enjoy permanently smooth skin''. After 8 hair removal treatments for my armpits and legs, I can still shave weekly and the advice is to buy more treatments, because now the message is that it can take up to 20 treatments before the hair stops growing back. They take no responsibility for misleading deals. Due to the customer service, everything but service was provided. What nasty communication in a nasty tone. If only I had seen the other negative reviews earlier, including on Trustpilot reviews, I could have saved myself a lot of money.... (Show more)

Had 8 treatments for laser armpits together with a friend. Unfortunately it had no effect on either of us. During the treatments I indicated that we saw no results and each time they indicated that I would see results with the next treatment. There is nothing to complain about the staff, they are very customer friendly.... (Show more)
