staff don't know anything very poor service and need to update there website. Need to improve there service very dissatisfied with there service staff need to be polite and helpful which they are not very disappointing their service is poor and they don’t even do travel vaccines anymore very disappointing service and disrespectful receptionists

Receptionists are very rude with very little understanding and talk down to you. Not happy with their service at all!

I rang this morning for a sick note but the stupid receptionist who pick up the phone said there is no appointment available how discusting that they say that first when you give them a call it's always call above 30 how stupid the system is and top of that they take an hour to pick up the phone and answer it I mean don't they care about patients who really needs to see a doctor or give sick note to people who really need it no wonder people are so angry with the surgery not giving good service I think in my case the surgery should be closed forever and let all the receptionist should suffer the way people are suffering I think surgery sucks and there system.... I swapped here from my other surgery. Biggest mistake. This place is unorganized from doctor to reception. They'll tell you to collect your medication from the pharmacy and they don't even send over the prescription. Then you need to go back then you'll find out the doctor hasn't even signed it yet! I'm surprised this place is still opened.. ^^^Spinney Hill Joke Centre^^^

I used to came here as a kid was ok back in the day but i will say one thing though doctor amin or whatever his name is needs to lose his licence my mum had a cough for months and he kept changing her meds never sent her to the hospital to get checked out and my mum sadly passed away cause her cancer came back it was only when another doctor seen her and said u need to go straight away that they found out what was going on and another doctor that had seen her a few days before she passed away refused to sign her death certificate cause she was on holliday when the receptionist asked she said no thankfully my uncle got it sorted needs to shut dwn or get better management... Nothing good about this place. OR the Doncaster road GP, the doctors show no care for their patients, I've been trying to solve an issue with my health since January and the doctors KEEP giving me different diagnoses' and different prescriptions, which I TELL THEM are out of stock so none of my other medication can be bought from that prescription. Useless.

Slow and not professional

My doctor's since birth. Sometimes difficult booking appointments but other than that, the doctors are great and very helpful

I am extremely concerned about patient confidentiality. Unfortunately when I arrived at the surgery I had forgotten my mask when the receptionist came over to give me one. She very rudely asked what i am here for? my name and date of birth all In the middle of the waiting area infront of other patients this was a breech of patient confidentiality. I hardly ever call because I understand there is a need for this service elsewhere and will always try and use a doctor as a last resort especially for my three year old. Receptionists won’t even give me an appointment for a minor but would happily book in other people. Most of the time, they don’t even answer the phone! Needs to be closed down or taken over... Not good staff

I gave this surgery a 1 rate they are incompetent at their work!!! It's so poor service I called in today to see if they have received my hospital letter which my consultant sent and they did not bother to check their post or electronic emails\letters cause they said they had not receive this. When I call the hospital they confirmed and I also today got a copy of the letter by pose sent to my address too so .. dont know why the admin dept for this surgery don't check their records they like to fob people off the phone now cause my doseage of my medication is changed I could not get the correct medication and now I'm left with the wrong doseage... thanks to this poor surgery really really bad service .I will now have to email this pathetic surgery with the letter that's sent to me a d call back tomorrow.. what load of shambles! The appointment policy is ridiculous. I rang twice today and yesterday afternoon to book an appointment for my nail fungal. They keep making excuses that there's no appointments. And they keep telling me to call at 8am in the morning for advance appointment. The staff on the phone are so rude and unhelpful. They need to give more appointments out at anytime. This is ridculous!
