I had them install 2.18 teeth for 6 upper front teeth at a cost of 4,000 EGP... and the doctor convinced him that they were permanent for life and that they were the cleanest thing at the time. Parts of it broke twice, on average every two years, and of course all 6 of my teeth became cold and very small. There were also two of them whose nerves were supposed to die before the installation, but that did not happen, and for a year now I have had a large abscess appear on them almost every month, and I told them they would take care of it, even though this is supposed to be a medical error. This center, other than the torment I am in, no one can bear. I swear to God, imagine this. The mother has 4 snaps and two tusks. How are they doing? So I decided to go next week and make a big problem... (Show more)

The worst dental center ever! Not recommended at all

Amr El-Gharib - a year ago - Review Provided by Google Maps

Worst dental center you ever visit.. They don't listen to patients and they want to do what they want even you talk with them this is what we need to do... Zero service... Zero respect... Zero organization

Peter Talaat - a year ago - Review Provided by Google Maps

Honestly, I advise this place that no one should think about going to have anything done to their teeth, and they do not know how to fill a nerve, whether large or small. Frankly, it is the first time in my life that I see a fez falling out a year after the installation. I say to them, God is sufficient for me, and He is the best disposer of affairs for them.... I did treatment here at the end of 2021, and from the start the treatment was not good seeing that I was left to take care of other patients, then the treatment on my teeth was also very bad, there was bleeding from 2021 to 2023 until finally I decided to move to another dentist., and the other dentist said that there was an error at the start of my dental treatment while at Pearl Dental, the doctor who handled me was Jamal. For those of you who want to come here, I really don't recommend it.... (Show more)

Please contact the administration because your name is not on the center’s list of patients at all. If you are present and you do not have the administration’s number, please send your number so that we know you and your insurance company.

People in this place treat medicine as a business and business, and the interests of patients are not important to them I received an agreement to have two molars filled with a deductible of 400 pounds from my insurance at work, and I told them, guys, I want to have one molar done right now, which is the one I’m complaining about, and the second one they will do later. They told me fine, and I took an appointment from the employee there and went to my appointment. I was surprised by another employee telling me that you have to have it done. The two molars and you pay the deductible. I told her about another colleague of mine who told me that you would be able to have one molar done perfectly. She responded and told me no, I didn't, and I would go back to the administration. I spoke to the administration and she came and said that you will pay 200 now and the rest next time. So I told her that we could cancel this approval and get an agreement to have one molar done. She told me that it was fine, but your honor. So, we will not work today. She will have another appointment after I suspended myself and took permission from my work knowing that the clinic was empty and I could have worked normally. So I told her, “Okay, I will come. When did my mother tell me that I will continue to call you?” Of course, I left after this situation was very annoying, so I went to write a comment on the clinic’s page on the Internet that the place Very bad. Again, I called them to see if the approval was granted or not. Another employee responded to me, telling me that I did not write on the internet that the place is very bad. Wait for your reply on the internet, as if she is punishing me if I expressed my personal opinion in evaluating the place. Sorry for the long post, but I wanted to explain to you how people deal there... (Show more)

Your mouth and teeth according to your doctors in London were amazed by my work (you told me that)! I am not responsible for the diagnosis from poor quality doctors However, this is your place to honor us at any time

There is no system at all. The doctor left me under the influence of anesthesia for about an hour and a quarter and went to another patient, just as a car mechanic does to connect a customer. When I objected and asked for the person in charge of the clinic, the secretary refused to let me communicate with any of them. I will warn everyone I know not to do business with this place.... The worst experience with the worst doctor in root canal filling. He specializes in torture, not dentistry. Dr. Ismail, who you have, cannot be a doctor for human beings.

aliaa ahmad - 2 years ago - Review Provided by Google Maps

It would have been deducted from my MidRite insurance More than one thing, but after talking to the reservation official there and emailing the insurance company, the expenses were canceled more than what was actually charged. The second thing is that I dealt with two different doctors for a single nerve filler, and this is not the best thing. Finally, after 6 months, it broke, even though I didn't make the fez and I knew I was supposed to make it, but it was not supposed to break so quickly.... (Show more)

Edit after your comment I did not tell you in any way that she would take the treatment and complete the filling with you, nor did you inform me that you would send me an approval for anything, nor even the price of anything, nor did you take a phone number, nor did I sign an agreement, nor did we even agree on another appointment for another session. Regarding informal appointments, I am writing about these 8 minutes. under ============== In short, the center had my wife check up on metlife insurance. It was just a statement. I sent approvals for two molar fillings without informing me or giving me a date for a session or anything. I also sent invoices to receive the amount from the insurance company without going to him, of course. I found out by chance a month later when I found the limit. That's it, and when I spoke back to them, Glory be to God, they also misled me and said our system is like this. By the way, the behavior above this is the definition of theft. They canceled the approval only after I left them The story in detail for those interested: My wife had a root canal filling done in another center, which was on two molars and in more than one session. Three days after the first session, she was in a lot of pain. We went to the center we worked with. It was closed. It was 9:30 at night on September 8. I called the center and they said we were closing at 10 at night. I was 8 minutes late for them and they were still there, and the delay was because I couldn’t find the place. I couldn't bear for anyone to examine her for her pain, so they gave her treatment and we walked away. But without an agreement, we will make a filling with them without them informing us. They will give consent without even taking a phone number, without specifying with us a time for another visit, literally, or anything. Three days later, on September 11, some people used the photo of the card they had for the examination and sent approval for a filling for 2030 pounds. I didn't know until a month later when I found out that the limit had ended after Lina's approval was denied. I returned to speak to them on the phone, literally in the utmost bad taste, because the receptionist was determined to ask me the name of the doctor, and I told her, of course, I don't know, this is a center, not a specific doctor, and I will not ask about the name. I went to the center for them, and I swear the doctor’s style was no different from the receptionist’s style. It was originally my fault that she was calling and saying something like that. You should have come instead of making mistakes at the reception. They never admitted their mistake, and I was the one who was wrong in not telling them that I would continue with the doctor I originally started with, and this is what made me publish what happened without adding or subtracting.... Your Honor, you visited the center on informal appointments, and we waited for your wife, taking into account the circumstances of her pregnancy and her extreme fatigue. After the examination and writing down the necessary treatment for her, you did not inform us that the treatment at the center would not be completed, and she told us that she would take the medications and come to complete the nerve filling, and on the basis of that, we booked the examination with the endodontic service. This was our part, accusing the center of theft despite Since you called and asked to cancel, you had to come On your own, to verify that what was said on the mobile phone is correct and not as it was explained

Very bad service, random manner of dealing, a place that does not take care of cleanliness, and an unbearable foul smell. It was the worst experience I ever lived. Bad experience and attitude

Thank you, Dr. Rasha, for your taste and kind treatment and for quickly obtaining the medical insurance approvals for the filling and installation of the fez. Seriously, this is not the last treatment.

The people are respectful, the treatment is very nice, and the doctors are very knowledgeable, regardless of whether you have insurance or private treatment. A word of truth I say because whoever wants to benefit from my experience, but the problem is that there is no Arabic corner under the clinic.

Good evening, may I know who you honored us with the clinic and the name of the doctor who was following up with you, because there is definitely a mistake and similarity in the name of the center, because your name is not present in the center’s system. Please contact the number 01000189918.
