I have been getting my hair done from Emma now for many years , I have followed Emma from many other hair saloons.Emma is the best hair colur specialist I would recommend her services you want be disappointed. Its a great atmosphere and rhe staff are very friendly.

Suzanne did my permanent cosmetic tattooing in 2019 (before Covid), which I have been delighted with. As I’m taking holidays this month, I have a booking scheduled for a touch-up to eliminate the need to use cosmetics on holidays & beyond…can’t wait!

Best! Hairdresser! Everrrrrrrr! I have been seeing Emma for 8 years and cannot recommend her highly enough. Emma is brilliant with colours, (foils and balayage) her cuts are brilliant only ever taking off exactly what you asked for…and I get a regular blow-dry ever week! After my initial great experience with Sam several months ago I was sorry to hear she was no longer working in the salon. My next visit unfortunately was not so great. I found that Teresa was very offhand with me during my cut. I’m not sure whether there was something else going on with her but although her cut was acceptable I won’t be going back.... (Show more)

After many years of being a client at Peaches & Cream & having several services, I just want to say, if the owner Suzanne can help you with anything she will. Staff come & go, but she’s been a stalwart for 35 years!, which speaks volumes.

Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at any salon. I waited half an hour for them to finish cutting the hair of one of the women who worked there, only for the ONE hair dryer in the place to break down in the middle of my blow wave. The owner had a casual look around but couldn’t find a replacement, so the stylist had to put a full head of rollers in and sit me under the old school dome drier. Needless to say it didn’t work and my hair looked shocking. The owner did not apologise or even seem concerned that she was running a hair salon with no hair driers. In fact, she went out for lunch mid way through the whole debacle with multiple people waiting. Not before having a screaming match with the stylist in front of everyone though. The whole process took two hours and I ended up just having my hair done with a straightener. Not one apology or explanation from the owner. Luckily the stylist did not charge me, which is the only redeeming part of the whole experience. If I could give zero stars, I would.... (Show more)

Toxic and unfriendly environment. Defaming people with mental health, and listening to her openly voicing her opinion on the aboriginal communtiy, made my visit awkward and uncomfortable.

My experience at peaches & cream is something I can’t recommend more highly! Emma takes care of my hair in the most proficient manner, not to mention Suzanne who does an amazing job on my brows. If your looking for perfection you’ve reached the right place

I Walked in without an appointment and staff were extremely accomodating - the settings are in oak, mushroom cushioned chairs, orange waiting area and black cushions. Customers appointments were attended to within 5 mins of arrival. I was welcomed with a hot coffee/snack and managed to have a hair trim /blow wave, full face wax, eyebrow shape & tint. My hair was transformed from unruly fuzz to a neat well conditioned shape that allows for future growth into a style I aspire to. Facial treatments were immaculate- with a finished touch of amazing smelling facial moisturiser. I have been coming here for 6 years, and experienced many different experiences, I have always found the salon to be the most professional in all aspects with the most pleasing results. Highly recommend.

I went into peaches and cream for a colour and a trim. First impressions were it was a really nice salon on the inside. I was initially happy with the colour that they did but now I am even questioning that. I had asked for a trim and walked out with a very uneven cut, that looks even worse when I tie it up! The ladies in the salon were quite supportive when I needed to get out due to an oncoming panic attack from how short my hair was. Most disappointing of all was receiving a threatening text from the business after leaving my review. For that reason I stand by the one star rating and would give zero had it been an option. This is the first time I have used Peaches and Cream for any beauty treatment, the lady came to my house to give me a spray tan and she was beyond lovely, we had a nice chat so she made me feel comfortable and the spray tan was done to perfection I could not be happier with the service they have provided me.
