My husband is 72 he waited 7 hours and 30 minutes to be told he was next and they took someone else each time

Everyone from the moment you arrive are so friendly. The reception staff give you a warm welcome and the care from the wonderful nurses is excellent.

Great team at this hospital, especially Dr Vijh, Faz, Karen and Jo who all really looked after me during my stay there. Thank you :)

I had my septoplasty done here recently. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Aman Khanna was just amazing from start to finish.

My experience here was great. There were a few administrative errors but they were sorted out. My driver, Gurdel Singh, was great. Dr. John Robertson and his team were amazing. Not to mention the nurses on the ward. Thank you, Transform.

Don't go here with Transform if you want to come out with good results. Completely feel failed by them and they're now refusing to accept liability as the part of the company was taken over. Yet they're happy to take my money! Horrific.

Once operation is done and they have had all your money (£8000 in my case) they will completely ignore emails and make endless promises of call backs, wish I went somewhere else now as I’ve got concerns with my end result and nobody to see me or even discuss my issues.

I had a procedure on the ground floor and everyone I met from the reception team, nursing team and surgical team, were all so friendly and professional. I was well looked after and am grateful for the treatment I received. Thank you!

I was absolutely butchered by a surgeon when having a tummy tuck and breast reduction here last august! He didn’t follow protocol and insert drains, I was sent home less than 24 hours from my operation in a taxi 3 hours drive. And 10 days later was rushed to hospital via ambulance and blue lights to have to have my tummy re opened! Now I have been left with the most horrendous scars and the company refused to acknowledge any of it purely because I paid the £15k upfront! If I’d have paid via finance then I would have refused to pay but they knew I was paid up so blocked my calls and pretty much left me for dead!!!!!!... (Show more)

Went in for my Septoplasty surgery yesterday due to a deviated septum. Right from the minute I stepped inside the building I thought this place is just amazing, clean and in a beautiful area too. The staff at reception were extremely welcoming and helpful. The nurses who done my checks in my room before and after surgery were the most amazing nurses ever! They kept me calm and cracked a lot of jokes to keep my mind off it. They were there for me whenever I needed them. From the morning team to the evening team, you all are amazing so thank you. As for the surgeon and all the helpers in the room, thank you for being so compassionate and also keeping me calm, you guys truly are something else. I was so scared going into surgery but all the friendly faces and short conversations were just what I needed. Next minute I'm awake and on the road to recovery. Had part knee replacement on the 11/8/2022 all staff involved with me was amazing from arriving very nervous till going home the next day

I had elective surgery at Burcot last year and was treated wonderfully by Ruth and all the staff there. I stayed only for a night, howeverduring that time everyone was amazingly helpful and kind.

I had open rhinoplasty on the 11th of may and everyone at the hospital was absolutely amazing. When going to the theatre I was so so so nervous and the anaesthetists were absolutely amazing by reassuring me and being so comforting. Highly rate this hospital.Soon as you walk in your greeted with a warm welcome from the lovely reception staff.All the staff here that I seen was so polite and made me feel at ease..I was actually an nhs patient here Sunday and the care here was outstanding.The nurse staff was always coming in to check on me.Didnt need for anything,they didn't treat me no differently which was lovely.The care was that great i didnt even need to press the buzzer once for anything.They even rang a few days after to see how I was getting on.i would highly recommend this hospital if your looking for the best.Thank you so much too all the staff and merry Christmas to you all ❤️... Hi had full knee replacement at burcott on 6/6/22 really pleased at how well they looked after you doctor nurses canteen staff all staff were excellent.amit the physio was extremely helpful in getting me back on my feet walking about on crutches. Thank you again steve.

From the start of me looking into having surgery everyone was helpful Sarah assistant has been helpful in the early days before / during surgery constantly in contact and what to expect. Surgeon Mr Ahmad , who is very skilled in his area and this comes across from the first meeting he explains all you need to know , answers any questions and just puts you at ease. Big big shout out to all the nursing staff, theatre staff and everyone who I crossed paths with. Everyone was very professional and so friendly nothing was too much of an ask and everyone helpful throughout even tho after surgery all seems a blur.... (Show more)
