Paul Michieletto - Nursing Home Salvator Mundi Reviews

Terrible service. Twice, with different reasons, I requested information for different services. He has to send an email, no one responds. You call back, no one gets through to you, you always have to send the email, and no one answers. You send reminders, you call back, and no one can tell you anything. In the meantime, months have passed and you have gone somewhere else. Very bad.... (Show more)

Twice I found the booking system inefficient and the reception staff completely rude, even though they were at fault. Furthermore, the cost of knee infiltrations once is 70 euros, the second time 80 euros?! Answer: I don't know ma'am, now it's 80, I can't know about the previous time...

The review refers to administrative services only. Terrible management: final balance that triples compared to the estimate, without any unforeseen events, thanks to generic items. Conflicting information provided to the insurance company, inability (in good faith?) to make sensible justifications. To be carefully avoided. In no other nursing home have I encountered such incompetence... (Show more)

I tried to check up at the facility (with an insurance voucher already issued) but I couldn't (because of them)! The appointment for the service can only be made by sending a specific email (so they communicated to me by telephone), but after 2 emails no one showed up! Definitely one of those healthcare facilities, which as far as I'm concerned, should not be frequented in the future (if they can't even manage the reception of those who pay, let alone the rest). In comparison, today the NHS is more efficient, at least even if you can make appointments for services a little "far away".... (Show more)

A very positive experience in the past, in recent weeks it has been impossible to get in direct contact with the clinic to schedule check-ups. You can request the service exclusively by email, but no one responds for weeks, despite reminders. Since these are visits and checks that inevitably arise from a need to safeguard health, waiting like this is not the best thing; above all it is not what one expects when turning to a private facility.... 3 hours to do a second X-ray is a bit too much, obviously for a fee

Improved lighting... Otherwise it is efficient and less expensive than other private hospitals.

Very bad experience. Only two open tills, 25 minute wait with only two numbers in front. Doctor 50 minutes late. I strongly advise against it.

Absolute shame. Had an x-ray on Saturday morning. "We will send you the report by email in the afternoon" As of today, Monday 29th May, I still haven't received anything. Well done. Truly professional! It was better to wait two hours in the emergency room: at least there was a radiologist to give me a diagnosis.... (Show more)

On Saturday the 15th I had surgery for phimosis. Everything perfect from the reception to the intervention. Thanks to Dr. Riga and his team

Excellent clinic, everything is fantastic, but after paying 18,000.00 for knee surgery with the robot 🤖 and the best doctors.... do I have to pay for parking????? But are we crazy??? You are really beggars let me tell you!! My wife pays for parking every time... miserable. …

Terrible experience, poor professionalism, approximate and superficial approach. Paid three visits between Monday 3/04 and Thursday 6/04 (the first two at the Salvator mundi with Dr. De Negri who sent us for the third visit at her private practice with Dr. Roberti). I emerge without a diagnosis, without a solution to a serious and more confusing problem than before.... (Show more)

Unfortunately, FOR THE FIRST TIME, in the many years that I have been frequenting Salvator Mundi, I have encountered a lack of welcome and kindness in the person named MATTEO in the reservations department. I'm very sorry, but it was enough for him to simply take my phone number and communicate it to the relevant department to resolve my problem. IN THE END after 3 phone calls and an email he did it!!!!... (Show more)

My parents told me years later that it wasn’t easy to locate the doctor on call Christmas Eve 1956. Finally Dr Mitica came in. My sister was also born there 5 years later. We miss Dr Jeans.

I carried out a check up at the facility and I feel like saying a few words. The strong points are certainly the empathy and scrupulousness of all the doctors who examined me as well as the kindness of the employees at the desk and for this reason alone I give three stars and not two. However, it seems a bit absurd to me not to also have an employee on the floor who follows the various trips to the various medical offices, which forced me to continually return to the desk to understand where I should go for the next visit, finding myself in the end having walked the same corridor back and forth about ten times. Furthermore, I don't understand why the amount to be paid is not invoiced immediately (I don't know if due to internal management shortcomings) as happens in other structures but you even have to take on the task of waiting for an invoice that arrives days later and making a bank transfer. What if I wanted to pay in cash? Other clinics bill immediately and everything closes on the same day. Just like the reports that arrive via email, for the analyzes I have to enter a password and ok but for the pap test yet another procedure! Even first contact the archive after 10 days and then you will have the result. It seems to me that many internal organizational deficiencies then have repercussions on the patient, we should seriously think about how to make internal processes more efficient to remove these tasks from patients and make the experience more satisfying.... I booked an MRI for today at 2.30pm, on Saturday afternoon the appointment was confirmed by text message, the machine broke in the morning. They had my phone number but no one notified me... I went to great lengths to get there on time. If I had been warned I would have accepted another appointment, but not so. My opinion is: very bad organisation. I turned to another facility.... Terrible reception staff. They are unprepared, rude and rude. What a sin. A structure with grand ambitions
