What a fantastic dentist, went to see them with a very bad tooth ache and they did everything they could to fit me in, Dr Christine was so good at explaining all options and provided great care. The service was above and beyond. I will recommend this dentist to anyone who needs dental work.

Went in with an emergency for an appointment, the receptionist was snappy and didn’t event want to check the system before she could tell me the day was fully booked

I saw Dr Papapavlou for a tooth extraction and filling. As a nervous patient I felt very looked after. Dr Papapavlou is very kind and made me feel very safe. This was my first time at this clinic and I would highly recommend. I get incredibly nervous and anxious at the dentist and I was very worried as i needed a crown. Dr Angelo and his assistant were amazing with me. They constantly reassured me and comforted me. I was also able to get in within an hour of calling for my assessment and the next day for my crown. Dr Angelo and dental assistant Trish were amazing. I was pretty anxious having my wisdom tooth out, as it was in quite a difficult spot for extraction, my nerve is close to the tooth. Trish managed to calm me down, reassuring, check it with me to make sure I'm doing okay for the whole procedure. Dr Angelo did a fantastic job, I'm grateful I was in good hands. The best dental experience I have ever had. On holidays here lost a filling got in straight away and fixed. Going back to get more work done while I am here.

Welcome as soon as one walks into the surgery and my dentist is very interested in how i am going and chats away before doing any treatment makes one feel relaxed

They found me an appointment quickly. All staff were cheerful and very helpful.

The staff were able to fit me in on the day I called for service and as usual the dentist and dental nurse (including all reception staff) were great. Easy to talk to, dealt with the issue I was having, outlined a plan for future work, and dealt with all of this in a COVID restrictions based environment. Outstanding guys, seriously, great work!... Went with a toothache. Found everyone to be amazing from the reception ladies to the dentist. Girls at the front were a pleasure to deal with as, were the dentist & dental nurse. my appointment was at 12 and I was out by 12.30 with the tooth gone & I felt 1000 times better. Didn't even feel the tooth being pulled. Would highly recommend this dental surgery.... (Show more)

Attended today and got to experience first hand Dr Jordan’s professionalism and passion he has With dental care. Went in for a filling repair came out with two teeth repaired a full clean as well as an honest and detailed action plan to keep my teeth for years to come. Very happy with the service received and won’t use anyone else’s with my dental needs. Returned to this surgery as I was okay with their service in the past. However, this time around the receptionist charged me a weird $50 advance for each future appointment just in case 'if I don't turn up'. This didn't feel right. I'd be looking for a different surgery next time once I'm done this time around. Even though this money will be adjusted in my future gap payment but still demanding advance money for service not yet provided just doesn't seem right to me. I paid this money as I wanted the next appointments however, I did feel a bit offended as we haven't encountered any such policy with other dentists and don't expect such treatment by receptionists upon repeat custom.... Couldn’t recommend more highly. Really professional team who were more concerned with my well being than $$$.

We were more than pleasantly surprised when meeting Dr Jordon and his assistant Dani by their friendlyness, attitude and professionalism. I have been to many dentists in my life, but none were as good as Dr Jordon....he made my fiance feel so comfortable that she actually fell asleep in the dental chair whilst he was diligently removing her amalgams and replace them by modern white fillings.....there was music ( of our own choice if we wished ) playing in the background....he made my fiance relax and take her mind of the injections to be administered.....quite unique in my experience..... If and when I need a dentist in Darwin, Dr. Jordon will be my first choice...... (Show more)
