Had the chance to try experience a massage by Marta. The massage was soft, very relaxing and was exactly what i needed at the moment i needed it. I recommend the place.

I went to Padmalaya for a signature massage by Antoan on the last day of my short stay in Sofia. He warned me it would be "a bit painful" (and it was, oh yes, it was), but he did an excellent job, and the afterward feeling was great. I had a really good deep tissue massage which relieved completely the tension in my sore muscles. The studio is cosy and sparkling clean. The ambient light and quiet music add to the relaxing atmosphere.

Since I found Padmalaya more than five years ago, they are my favorite relaxation and wellness place in Sofia. Peter is amazing therapist, he knows how to fix my back and make me feel reborn. They only use highest quality oils and I can trust them to know perfectly what they do. I love aromatherapy and usually the only thing is finding time to book my massage. I found Padmalaya center by chance when looking for a special present for a friend of me, who came to Sofia from the Netherlands for my wedding day. I've already recommended this place to all my friends and family who visit Sofia. Very knowledgeable, skilled and gifted masseuse. He uses various techniques and strength based on your needs. His positive and warm, healing energy is felt distinctly on your skin. He is a healer! The administrative side is also perfect. They are trying to accommodate you with dates and times. So even if you are on tight schedule don't hesitate to contact them for appointment. They work on weekends until late wich only adds to the value. The space is immaculately clean, decorated and sounded to achieve utmost relaxation. Very clean and nice place. Me and my husband did the massage today there. They are really friendly and welcoming. I did relax massage for 1 hour and mu husband did the massage for relaxation and also his pain on his neck and shoulder. He feels really better. It was my first massage experience and it was really satisfying. They use just natural oils and organic products. Definitely recommended and will visit there soon again.... (Show more)
