So grateful to have been recommended this business for the treatment of my periodontal disease. To say I was petrified prior to my first visit, is putting it mildly (I dread even having a simple teeth clean), but I found that the time flew while I was in the chair, thanks to Dr Charlie Boast and his assistant Shelby. From the pre-treatment consult, Dr Charlie was excellent in communication and both he and Shelby reassuring, caring and informative while doing my treatment. I don't often write reviews but feel I owe it to Pacific Periodontics. A friend of mine who is a dentist advised me to see Adrian Hoffman - the best in her opinion. I had one of my front teeth replaced with an implant. When I tell the story people say, "which one?" It's that good. Colour match, shape, everything. I can highly recommend Dr Adrian Hoffman and Pacific Periodontics and Implants. Both myself and my 14 year old son have had surgeries by Dr Hoffman and I have found him to be incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Both Dr Hoffman and his team were amazing during the pre-op stage of my son’s extraction and impacted canine periodontic surgery, taking the time to explain the challenges and options available for us. Throughout the surgery the team were very patient and focused to ensure the surgery went as quickly as possible explaining each stage before proceeding to calm both my teenage son and my own nerves. Dr Adrian Hoffman and his team were wonderful with my 9 year old daughter who has had to have 2 significant procedures over the last 12 months. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful and really put us at ease. Things were carefully explained and we were given options when applicable. I had a serious issues with my teeth. In the past, I had bad experiences with dentists and was hesitant to do anything about it. With Dr. Adrian Hoffman and his team it was a totally different story. A warm welcome and a very professional approach dispelled my fears. They found the problem, gave me different options to consider and assisted me to choose the best solution. I had so many questions and doubts, their answers and their attitude helped me greatly. Appointments were always on time. I had surgery and everything was fine and no stress. Awful doesn't even begin to describe this practice. I'd rate no stars but in order to warn folks & post my review I had to give this mockery of a practice 1 star, ugh. From the overtly rude receptionist to the aggressive and rushed dentist this place should not be in business! After spending close to $4k of dental work, my husband experienced severe pain and discomfort a few months down the line. When he booked in for a "follow up" appointment the rude receptionist said the visit would be an hour long & cost $280, just for the dentist to review his shoddy work! Needless to say we are left feeling like a used piece of meat. I'd make the extra distance now to find a more reputable, friendly & competent periodontist & steer clear of this diplorable practice.... (Show more)
