Got a great Ramadan deal
Went today to this spa with my fiancé and we had a great experience! Super nice ambiance with some ginger tea to start. We got a package deal which included a foot bath/scrub, full body scrub and a full body deep tissue massage. The foot bath is a nice start, nothing too special. The body scrub was a first for us - really interesting during and after, your skin gets very soft and exfoliated. The deep tissue massage was very good: we both got out of there super satisfied that the therapists did a good and thorough job, a little sore (in a good way) and feeling that some knots were really undone. I also loved my masseus' laugh, so contagious! English was a bit of a barrier sometimes. It ended with a brief light face massage. Recommend!... (Show more)

Paid for $400 plus ringgit for 2 hours deep tissue massage. Plain water with flower petals and quick scrub by old aged masseuse. She is very generously pouring the spicy oil on my body. Strength and pressure not consistent. Feeling her hands flaky entire time until when she finished my massage I heard she took off her gloves. Never felt so cheated. Therapist or masseuse should informed customers before hand if they prefer to use gloves. Front desk reception should shared with customers when they called in to book a time slot with particular therapist have skin problems.... (Show more)

The environment is really calm, the masseuse know what they were doing. Booked a couple session for hubby's birthday, they did small deco with Happy Birthday balloons. Overall we enjoyed the experience. If anything can be improved, it will be the location. Since you went later in the day, the surrounding clubs had started operating to it started to get a little noisy.... (Show more)
I did mine at Beacon Resort. The staff Michelle and Ivtte are really helpful and welcoming. My massager Ah Char is really good with good strength and skill, my body felt good and refresh. There is some minor miscommunication as I misunderstood her went for shower immediately after my massage session which I not suppose to. Oh ya, the hydrogen spa is really good too... (Show more)

Had a great experience of hydrogen spa and body massage in Ozmosis Spa at Beacon Resort. Both Ivtte and Michelle did a clear explanation and very good service. The ladies here are great and the spa is wonderful - clean & well equipped. I recommend there packages as you get a lot of treatments at a reasonable price

Overall, experience was below expectations. 1) We took 2 hours massage with couple room. Felt uncomfortable through out the entire experience as the rooms were small and there were hardly any space to move. 2) In our package, steam bath was included but the facility was in the opposite room. In my opinion, not enough privacy as we had to shuffle between two rooms in our bath robe. 3) The overall environment was also not up to expectations; it was not serene/ tranquil as you would expect from a spa experience. Will not recommend this to anyone, especially for the price that we paid for.... (Show more)
I had the best massage experience. Isma my therapist was kind, strong and knew where to focus for my problem areas. Feel so refreshed. Will definitely go again. Clean and ambience was good. The coffee scrub was excellent. Receptionists were very polite as well.
