I was examined this week by Dr. Dumanova. Two days later I got better from the prescribed treatment. During the examination, I encountered a professional attitude, accurate diagnosis and adequate treatment.

I had an appointment with Doctor Topchiysk by appointment. There are a lot of staff, they are kind, the appointment with this doctor took literally 3 minutes. Verdict - myopia (with a smile on his face). For me this is a tragedy. Without an explanation of why, where, what influenced and how to find a solution other than prescribing glasses, there was no solution. We dripped drops - 3 times, then again with a grin, well, here's a prescription for glasses, period. Moreover, the doctor had already run away by that time, and other “doctors” in the office prescribed glasses for us. I ask what the diagnosis is - glasses, always and everywhere, go buy them at the outlet, we have optics. In the end, we gathered our thoughts and decided to run away, because it looks like a business. I received no consultation, no dialogue, no solution to the problem from anyone, although this particular doctor has a very high rating on superdoc. For what? I don't understand. I booked the appointment through superdoc! The price for an examination was indicated for all 50 BGN, only at the register I guessed that for people with a visa 70 BGN!!! Spoons!

When an appointment was made for a consultation with Dr. Topchiiska, the examination was performed by another doctor. Prescribed drops, which after the first application greatly worsened the condition of the eye to the point where it could not be seen with it! This is absurd!

There is no doctor out there more incompetent and heavily praised than Malina Topchiyska, who not only doesn't respect her patients' appointments, but also doesn't have the necessary knowledge to help, and makes you run away 10 times.....

The friendliest staff ever! Attitude is 6+! I recommend with both hands! Cleanliness, attitude, predispose and calm before the procedure itself! ❤️

Dr. Hreleva is funny and attentive, but the prescription diopters were not for me and I had to seek another opinion.

We paid 70 leva for an appointment with the ophthalmologist Dr. Neli Jokova. We had already undergone treatment, we needed adjustments and the prescription of other drugs. There was an examination and conversation for 7 minutes at most, they didn’t even write out a paper about the appointment. They said, treat yourself with what you are being treated with and you can undergo a procedure with us (physiotherapy), this will speed up the treatment. Procedure 1 session -200 lev ($100). This is some kind of nonsense. A scam for money, I’ve never seen anything like this even in Moscow. At the beginning they asked where we were from, maybe this is the attitude towards vacationers. First, incompetent doctors! It's a shame they have such a technique. I am extremely dissatisfied. I paid BGN 80. and they couldn't find the reason why I couldn't see. The epicrisis reads: "Unknown causes." I was examined by two doctors: Neli Jokova and Svilen Mersinkov.
