I'm sorry to say this, but I do not recommend this clinic. It is very possible that I had a bad luck with the doctor, or rather the professor in charge. He couldn't answer one of the simple questions and help solve a seemingly simple problem. What's more, the professor did not want to hear about any doubts and during the last visit he approached a serious problem with complete disregard, and during the last telephone consultation he was eating and talking to someone else in the background. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this clinic, we wasted a lot of time there. I was guided by Dr. Mroczkowski. Unfortunately, they performed general, basic tests, no detailed diagnostics, no finding the basis of the problem. As soon as possible, the doctor sends the patient for insemination, and then for in vitro fertilization. The business must be profitable, the patient unimportant. Dr. Mroczkowski never knew what stage the patient was in until after checking her history. Caught cheating, lying and half-truth. The clinic looks like milking a patient. Interest in the patient is poor, massive! And the money left behind is huge. Little visible empathy for the patient, probably a break from practicing as a doctor is needed, which is intended to be a service, not just a job. We do not recommend it. I used an andrologist. what can I say... it helped. my friend and his wife also used the help of this clinic and managed to become parents... it took a while, but their determination paid off. I don't remember the name of the doctor who ran them, but he was the owner or co-owner of the clinic.

Avoid this place, they are taking your money. A normal doctor said don't think about it, buy a dog and we did, my wife and I loved it she got pregnant, I think it's all in the head, you don't have to listen to doctors about everything,

The reception work is a failure. I called today after several attempts (August 27, 2022, 10:10 a.m.), and the lady told me to stay on the line, and after waiting for 5 minutes, I hung up. For the next 2 hours the phone was still hung up because there was a constant busy signal. When I called after 4 hours (August 27, 2022, 2:00 p.m.), the rude employee dryly said that there were no available dates for the doctor, without any information as to when the new schedule would be available. During each of my personal visits to the clinic, most of the reception staff make the client feel that he is unnecessary and that they are in this job as a punishment. I would like to remind you that each person or couple usually leaves a lot of money in this clinic. Lack of respect for people, let alone compassion. Such people should not work in an institution where empathy and professionalism are extremely important. I understand that this is a business for the clinic, but how do such people reflect on the entire company? I would like to ask the relevant competent people from this clinic to train their employees or replace them, because I am sure that because of them the clinic has already lost many customers and may lose even more. The first contact with the customer should be polite and professional. I feel sorry for everyone who, apart from health problems, has to deal with the moods of the ladies at the reception. The only thing I like is the visual appearance of the "clinic" itself. I was surprised by the fact that each test was paid after the fact... sometimes 250, sometimes 400... the same... the doctor orders whatever he wants, it works, and I was just wondering if I could afford it, because I was prepared for 250 again... financial policy is not the case page. There is a service, there is a price, and it is not a secret that "the doctor will tell you after the visit"... it seems very profit-oriented, not the effect and the patient.... (Show more)
